Who arc they, democrats that they call themselves, to oppose the will of a sover eign nation, or to meddle in a sovereign nation’s internal affairs? If it is in the name of humanity they were protesting, why limit themselves to Jews? Why then not a word in defense of the tens of thou sands of pacifists, internationalists, Marx ists and Communists who are being tor tured and massacred, castrated and mu tilated by those fiends with long knives? Are they not human beings? Would it not be more frank and more honest, more consistently democratic, to have repudiated the whole ideology of Fascism, which carries in its bosom the germs of xeno phobia, or racial hatred, and of ruthless class discrimination? Why defend a system which rests upon a lie?
