Mrs. Maurice Jacobus, chairman of
social service, announces that the work
of supplying milk to undernourished chil
dren by the milk fund of the Council of
Jewish Women is being continued
throughout the summer. Each child has
been supplied with one pint of milk daily
during the school months and it is ex
tremely important that they receive the
milk during the summer in order that they
may return to school in a healthy con
dition. Thirty-five cents a week, or $4.10
for the entire summer, will supply one
child with milk.
No contribution is too small to be grate
fully received and gifts may be made
to this fund in memory of some one or in
honor of birthdays and anniversaries.
Any one interested in assisting in this
worthy project may communicate with
Mrs. Jacobus at Hemlock 5675-W.
