Recently this exponent of Hitlerism announced: “YVe tolerate no other party. We annihilate other parties!” Since the declaration, a book has come to light which strongly supports the theory that the policy of annihilation” in Germany has been extended from parties to individuals. I he murder of Professor Theodor Le"ing, German-Jewish pacifist and philosopher, in Czechoslovakia, and the flight of Professor Albert Einstein to England following Nazi threats, are cited as instances of this “annihilation” program. 1 he book which lists the “marked men” believed to be intended for Nazi destruction has circulated "idely in Germany since publication. A few copies •uve been smuggled out of the country. Most of the distinguished men whose names ap pear in the book are now* in exile. The list in cludes Einstein, Emil Ludwig, Max Reinhardt, Leon Feuchtwanger, George Bernard and Ernst 1 °Her.
