Nissenbaum has returned from Baltimore, Md., where she visited relatives. • Mrs. Morris Rich has returned to her home at the Georgian 'Terrace Hotel, after having spent the summer in Atlan tic City, N. J. • 'The many friends of Mrs. J. Bigler will regret to learn that she is suffering from serious injuries received in an au tomobile accident in Rome, Ga., where Mrs. Bigler has been visiting her son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Max Kutt- ner. • Mr. Bernard Mandle spent several days in Charleston, S. (\, visiting friends. • Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Rosenfeld have returned from a visit to New York City. • Mrs. J. Herzfeld, of Selma, Ala., has been the guest of her son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Herzfeld. • Mrs. Sigmund Guthman is in I.os An geles, Cal., where she is visiting her son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. David Gold- wasser. Mrs. Goldwasser was formerly Miss Irma Guthman. • The many friends of Miss Clementine Haas will be pleased to learn that she is recuperating from injuries sustained in a recent accident. • Mr. and Mrs. Minus Goodrich have returned to their home in Sandersville, Ga., after visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Gershon. • Mrs. Frank Gottesman has returned from Miami Beach, Fla., where she spent several weeks recuperating from a recent operation. • Mrs. H. J. Wise, of New York City, has been visiting her brother and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Steinheimer, at their home on Lakeshore Drive. • Mrs. I.. S. Horowitz entertained at a birthday celebration in honor of her daughter, Eleanore, who celebrated her seventh birthday. Receiving with Mrs. Horowitz were Mrs. Saul Gary, Mrs. S. Horowitz, Mrs. Ben Stein and Mrs. Leon Voll. • The Alpha Delta Chapter of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity entertained at a formal dance at the Standard Club. Officials of the fraternity include Chan cellor, Sol Rubin, of Albany, Ga.; Vice- Chancellor, Sidney Kahn, of New York; Scribe, Ben Colton, of New Jersey; Quae' tor, Alexander Paderewski, of Savannah, Ga.; Praetor, Dr. Irving Goldstein, of Atlanta. • Mrs. Sam Schoen was the recent guest of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wenar in Bay St. Louis, Miss. • Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sternberg and children, Ann and Jerry, of Asheville, N. C., have been the guests of their par ents, Dr. and Mrs. S. A. Visanska. • Mrs. Abe Levy, of Chattanooga, has been visiting Mrs. Samuel Eplan.
