SWING DANCE
A Swing Dance with Bill Manley
and His Orchestra providing the
music will usher in the fall social
activities of the Aaroneans at the
Jewish Educational Alliance ball
room on Sunday night, September
27th.
Advance ticket sales indicate that
a record-breaking throng, including
many out-of-town college students,
will attend the affair, w'hich begins
at 9 o’clock.
An annual event, the dance will
feature special entertainment. Tick
ets, at fifty cents per couple, may
be purchased from Aaronean mem
bers or at the door.
S. /. J. DINNER DANCE
The S. I. J. Club entertained its
members and their guests at a
dinner-dance marking the tenth an
niversary of the founding of the
club on Tuesday evening, Septem
ber 1st.

Senior Hadassah To
Hear Program Outline
An outline of the program plan
ned for the season will be heard
at the first regular fall meeting of
the Atlanta Senior Hadassah at
Rich’s Tea Room on Monday, Sep
tember 28th, at 3:16 p. m. Mrs.
Robert M. Travis, president of the
organization, will present details
of the program.
Following the business session,
Mrs. S. A. Goldberg will assume
direction of the program. Partici
pants in the entertainment are Mes-
dames Berry Cohen, Jake Fried
man, D. L. Spielberger, Simon
Bressler, Louis Rittenbaum, Simon
Mendel, M. L. Golsen, Harry Siegel,
and Seymour Hirsch.
Hadassah is celebrating the 26th
anniversary of its inception with a
Silver Jubilee, and among its other
activities, a wide membership drive
is in preparation. Mrs. J. Abelson
is membership chairman for the
year.
Epstein. All children are urged to
register at that time.
Rabbi Epstein also announced
the opening of the Bible School at
the Synagogue on Sunday morning
at 10:30 o’clock.
