he will “do everything possible” to
facilitate the naturalization of
aliens serving in the armed forces
of the United States. The pledge
was given in a letter replying to
a query by a loyal alien concern-,
ing a recent modification by the
War Department of the naturalisa
tion regulations for alien soldiers,
it was disclosed here.
