The marriage of Miss Carolyn
Farkas to Leon J. Lichten was re
cently solemnized in Albany, Ga.
Mrs. Lichten is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Farkas of
that city.

The marriage of Miss Virginia
Ann Herzog and David Edward
Hein was solemnized June 22 at
the Standard Club.

Dittler served as groomsmen. Ush
ers were Milton Romm. Lee J. Ross,
Arnold Blum, of Macon, and Rich
ard Herzog, brother of the bride.
Mrs. Lee Ross was matron of

their two daughters, Diane and
Judy, have left for a ten-day visit
in New York prior to their children
going to Camp Waconah, Pitts
field, Mass., July 1. Upon their
return they will leave with their
friends, Mr. and Mrs. William Fel
ton, for New Orleans, where they
will sail on the S. S. Del Norte
July 11 for a forty-seven-day
cruise to Rio de Janiero, Santos,
Montevideo and Buenos Aires, Ar
gentina.

returned from Salisbury, N. C.,
where she spent two weeks with
her daughter. Mrs. I. w. Oes-
treicher and family.

Family Reunion. There are thir
teen living descendants of Mr.
Alexander's parents. After their
visit in New York they will spend
two weeks in Atlaritic City.

came to Atlanta after attending
