I. Petitioners desire for themselves,
their eaaocietes, successors, and aaaigna
to be incorporated under the name and
Stylo of KAY HOMES, INC., for a period
of 35 years, with the privilege of renewal
as provided by law.
If. That the principal office of said
corporation ahall he located in Fulton
County, Georgia, but petitioners desire
the. privilege.. of_ establishing- branch
offices and places of business elsewhere
both In and outside the Slate of Georgia.

profit to itself and shareholders.
V. The general nature of the business
to be transacted by the corporation

leasing, constructing, building, develop
ing and improving both real and personal
property, cither in its own behalf, or as
agent or contractor for others; to con-
atruct and to provide housing for sale or
for lease; and to acquire both real and
f iersonal property, or any rights or in-
erests therein or appurtenant thereto
that may be necessary to accomplish

VI. The capital stock of the corporation
shall tonnlst of the following classes of
stock which shall have such rights and
characteristics as are enumerated herein :
(a) Glass *'A" Common Htock. The
Glass "A" Common Stock shall have all
the rights, powers and privileges usually
incident or pertaining to Common Htock,
including the right to voto, but said stock
ahall be non participating in earnings or
lividends; and shall have no liquidating
value.
(b) Class **B" Common Stock. The
Class "B" Common Htock shall have no
voting powers, but shall participate in
earnings and dividends, or distributions,
when declared by majority vote of the
Glass "A” Common Htock holders. In
' the event of a liquidation. Class *'B"
Common Htock shall participate on a
pro rata basis with Class “(3” Common
Stock in accordance with the number of

stock bears to the total number of out

4, The Dividend Schedule above is
taaod on tho assumption that a minimum

and sold prior to tho liquidation of the
eorporation. Said number of 40 shall be
considered the base figure. In the evont
the corporation is liquidated prior to tho
development and sale of at least 40 lota
and houses, then tho dividends set forth

VII. The authorised capital stock of the
eorporation shall consist of 200 shares of
Class *'A" Common 8tock with a par
value of $10.00 per share, 200 shares of
Class '*B'’ Common Stock with a par
value of $10.00 per share, and 200 shares
of Class "O" Common Htock with a par
value of $10.00 per share. However, the
corporation shall have tho right to in
crease the same from time to time by a
two thirds majority vote of the Clasa “A”
Common Stockholders to an amount not
to exceed 1000 share* of each class of
■took, with a par valuo of $10.00 per

VIII. The amount of capital with which
the corporation shall begin butiuesa shall
be $6,000.00.
IX. The corporation shall have all the
right*, powers, privileges, and immunities
that are conferred on private corporations
by the lew of this state, particularly by
Gode Sections 22-1827 and 28 1828 of
the Code of Georgia of 1933, as fully as

On Sunday, July 0 AZA 518 de
feated S. O. Z. by a score of 13 to
6. In the feature game of the
day, AZA 134 got 7 runs in the
second inning when D. S. I. made
two errors and two men were
walked, to win the game by a score
of 11 to 6. This puts AZA 134 one
step ahead of D. S. I„ the two
teams having been tied until this
week.
AZA JTC won the game against
AZA 237 and in a very close game,
L. A. P. noted out The Green Bees
by a score of 6 to 5.

CAMP DANIEL MORGAN
On Monday, July 21 the girls ses
sion at Camp Daniel Morgan got
off to a flying start, suuuny weath
er and sunny dispositions shining
on all sides. With singing and
laughter all the way out, and th£
greeting by a fine hot dinner on
their arrival, the girls moved right
into the program preparted for
them by the camp staff, smoothly
and happily.
Tlie North Unit for the boys in
this co-ed camping session, is hav
ing a good time showing the girl
new-comers how to be good camp
ers. For the present they have
assured leadreship but immediate
good hearted rivalry has spring up
between the two sections and the
experienced girl campers will not
be long in making their bid for
leadership in the various activities.
There are still openings for the
final session at Camp Daniel Mor
gan for either boys 7 to 12 or girls
7 to 15. This session starts on
August 4th and new campers will
be welcome to enroll until that
time.
VACATION CLUB
The Vacation Club lias finished
its fourth week of activity and is
beginning its final two week pe
riod for the current season on
Monday, July 28, wit ha greatly |
enlarged enrollment. This Vaca- j
tion Club, begun as an experiment
this year, has turned out to be i
a highly popular activity with both
the children and the parents.
The program, which takes the
children to many of the cities
various parks and the counties
parks and pools daily, is full of
variety, fun. and interest. Tlie
fine collection of children’s records
are enjoyed each day during the
lunch and relaxation period and
music, story-telling, and quiet
games make this phase of the day
a popular ana restful one.
Many of the children, at the
beginning non-swimmers, are now
able to handle themselves in the I
water with confidence and ease
and the final two weeks should
brin gsiill further improvement
in this department. Some of the
younger children have made re
markable progress in handling
themselves in the water, much to
the satisfaction of treir parents
and themselves.
From the progress reported to
date in the program, the enrolment
has been constantly increasing so
that the present facilities are
being taxed but the season will be
finished in what the first ofmany
happy and healthy, full-of-fun
summers for the Jewish Youth of
Atlanta, in the Alliance Vacation
Club.

Ford, regional food controller at
Nottingham, attributing blank
markets activities in London to
Jet^. The Board of Deputies of
British Jews immediately sent a
strong note to Food Minister John
Strachey and announced th.V the
matter would be brought up in
Commons. Strachey refused to
comment until he had seen the
text of the Ford statement.
Ford’s remarks were made to a
group of German journalists tour
ing the country. Describing the
food control situation locally, he
was quoted as saying: “We have
no large-scale black market ac
tivities in tlie East Midlands reg
ion. They are mostly in London
and chiefly by Jews. The big
profiteers do not care two hoots
about imprisonment or fines and
