Ahavath Achim Will Confirm
48 Shavous Morning June 3
Forty-eight boys and girls will
be confirmed in the Ahavath
Achim Synagogue on the morning
of Shavuos, Friday, June 3, at 10
o’clock.
Rabbi Harry H. Epstein will of-
ficate and the confirmants will
dedicate themselves to Judaism
and to Jewish life as was taught
them in their ten years of Re-
lious School studies.
Mrs. Oscar Levin, Sisterhood
president, and Dr. Nathan Blass,
Synagogue vice president, will
distribute white leatherette Bibles
to the Confirmants.
Cantor Joseph Schwartz and
the Synagogue Choir will render
the special Festival and Confirma
tion music.
A Reception honoring the Con
firmation Service in the Auditor
ium of the Fulton High School,
directly across the Street from the
Synagogue.
