The marriage of Miss Charlotte
Greenberg, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Louis Greenberg of Glenn-
ville, Ga., to Harold Arthur Den
ny, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Denenfeld of Little Neck, New
York was solemnized on Sunday,
Aug. 21, in the Georgian Room of
the Hotel Richmond at Augusta.
Rabbi A. I. Rosenberg performed
the ceremony assisted by Rev.
Funk.
Mrs. David Silver, sister of the
bride, and Mrs. Jean Rodin, sister
of the groom, were matrons of
honor. Miss Fay Karlip was the
maid of honor. Mrs. Herman
Scheuer and Mrs. Charles Marks,
cousins of the bride, were brides
maids.
The flower girls were Elaine
Silver and Patsy . Rodin while
Bruce Rodin was the ring bearer.
Dr. Jean Rodin, brother-in-law
of the groom, was best man. The
groomsmen were David Silver,
brother-in-law of the bride, and
Burt Cheste, Alvin Slotin, and Al
bert Greenberg, brother of the
bride.
Immediately following the
ceremony a reception was held.
During the evening Mr. and Mrs.
Denny left for an extended wed
ding trip to Miami and Cuba.
Out-of-town guests included

Slotin, all of Douglas, Ga.; Mr
and Mrs. Abe Levetan, Mr. and

Rent control is an unjust and unfair war-time control extended
Into the fifth year of peace, working a hardship on landlord and
tenant alike, greatly depleting the available supply of rental
shelter and gradually depredating a sizeable portion of existing
supply into slums by restricting income below the minimum
necessary for adequate maintenance.
Through poor administration it hajs resulted in rentals of 85.00
and 86.00 per week with all utilities furnished In the same local
ity with rentals of 815.000 per week with no utilities furnished
in otherwise comparable shelter.
