Miss Prystowsky is the daugh
ter of Moses Prystowsky and the
late Mrs. Raye Karesh Prystow-
sky of Charleston. She attended
the Colluafcof Charleston and the
Univern^of Florida.
Dr. Berger, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Isaac L. Berger of Savan
nah, Ga., attended the Univer
sity of S. C., the University of
Georgia where he was a member
of the Tau Epsilon Phi Social
Fraternity’, and was graduated
from Emory University School
of Dentistry where fie was a
member of the Alpha Omega
Fraternity. Doctor Berger is
practicing in Atlanta. He was a

Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Eisenberg
of Washington, D. C., recently
announced the engagement' of
their daughter, Joan Claire, to
Rabbi Baruch Rabinowitz, spir
itual leader of the Orthodox Con
gregation Adah Yeshurun in Au
gusta.
Miss Eisenberg, upon her grad
uation from the Calvin Coolidge
High School in Washington, at
tended the Abbott School of Com
mercial Art, the National School
of Fine Art and the Corcoran
School of Fine Art. Although
still young as an artist, she has
already made an excellent repu
tation for herself in the field of
portrait painting. Some of her
oil paintings have been shown at
leading art exhibits.
Miss Eisenberg’s father is the
procedural technician with the
Internal Revenue bureau of the
government. He has been with

Rabbi Rabinowitz won inter
national renown as one of the
guiding personalities in the He
brew Freedom movement. He was
a high ranking officer in the dip
lomatic corps of 'the Fighting He
brew Underground in Israel.
Since the establishment of the
Jewish Republic he returned to
the rabbinate.
The wedding is scheduled to
take place in Washington on
Sunday, Oct. 26.

member of the Little Theatre
Group. She is presently employ

Tampa. Mr. Goldberg is a grad
uate of Savannah High School
and the Georgia Institute of
Technology with a bachelor of
mechanical engineering degree.

has just returned to this country
after spending three months in
Europe as an exchange student
studying in Basle, Switzerland,
and visiting in Italy, Germany,
France and England. He is pres
ident of his fraternity, S.E.M.
and business manager of the M.
I. T. Annual Show.

Iladassah’s annual brunch will
take place at 11:30 a.m. Wed
nesday, Oct. 22, at the Progres
sive Club, featuring a new mu
sical, “Life With Hadassah."
Door prizes, gift certificates
will be available, besides the
meal, with games later for la
dies who want it.
“Life with Hadassah” is a mu
sical saga of Hadassah’s forty-
year-history, told in song, dance
and pantomime. Hilda Stegall
will direct. Mrs. J. I. Kingloff
will be narrator. In the cast will
be Mcsdames: Morris Glazer,
Nat Kramer, Louis Silver, Jos.
Finkelstein, Albert Bernath,
John Smith, Abe Gilner, Leon
ard Koby, Bernard Rosenfeld,
Nathan Adelman, Charles Boro-
choff, Merton Levin, Harold

chorus line including Mesdames
