Miss Reisman is a graduate of

ma Delta Tau Sorority and secre
tary of the Hillel Foundation. Miss
Reisman is now a teacher in the
Chatham County Public School
system.
Col. Kelly served with the
United States Air Force in the Pa
cific Theater during World War II,
where he was Group Commander.
He is Base Commander of Travis
Field.

Mr. and Mrs. Karl Frank of
Morrilton, Ark., celebrated their
thirty-second wedding anniversary
last week in Atlanta. They were
visitors of their children, Mr. and
Mrs. John Fry.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Gillman of At
lanta, announce the engagement
of their daughter Dorothy Carolyn
to Joseph Daitch of Waynesboro.
Miss Gillman was graduated
from the Junior College of Augus
ta and from the Southern College
of Optometry in Memphis.
Mr. Daitch is a graduate of the
Junior College of Augusta and
Georgia Tech of Atlanta. During
World War II he served with the
infantry in the European theatre
and was awarded four battle stars
and the Bronze star. During the
war he also attended the Univer
sity of Missouri and the Univer
sity of Minnesota.
The wedding will be an event
of January 24 at the home of the
bride’s parents.
BRESSLER-TREISTER
Mr. and Mrs. Simon Meyer
Bressler of Atlanta, announce’the
engagement of their daughter,
Miss Helyne Bressler, to Kenneth
Treister, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Arthur Treister of Miami Beach,
Florida.
Miss Bressler was graduated
from Henry Grady High School
and is attending the University of
Alabama, where she is treasurer
of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority, a
member of Triangle, sophomore
honor society, and is on the staff
of the campus radio station.
Mr. Treister attended the Uni
versity of Miami and the Univer
sity of Florida, where he received
his degree in architecture in 1953.
While at Miami, he was a member
of the University Band, received
debating honors and was president
of the freshman class. The future
bridegroom is a member of Zeta
Beta Tau Fraternity and is attend
ing U. S. Naval Officer Candidate
School in Newport, R. I., from
which he will graduate as an en
sign this month.
The wedding will take place
January 31.
