Mortuary. Rabbi Solomon E.

Mr. Wetherhorn, a retired mer
chant, was born in Swainsboro. He
was a member of the Mickve Is
rael Synagogue.
Mr. Wetherhorn is survived by
his wife, Mrs. Fanny Silverstein
Wetherhorn; one son, David
{Wetherhorn of Savannah; two
daughters, Mrs. Emanuel Cope
land of Birmingham, and Mrs
Jack Homans of Savannah; two
brothers, Adolph Wetherhorn and

tions are withdrawing from the Southwest Jewish Community
Relations Council As a member of AJC and member and
jast-President of Houston Lodge B’nai B’rith, I write to

my heart, but made no public protest. Perhaps, way down here

UE DO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT HOUSTON,
ABOUT TEXAS, ABOUT THE SOUTHWEST. We like
tne way our public relations have been handled. We like one
untied agency that helps us, through the democratic process,
to speak with one voice.
^ By withdrawing, you are wantonly wrecking an efficient,
effective and democratic public relations organization.
