licenses in respect of, or otherwise to turn
to occount any such name, and trade marks,

wise acquire, and to sell, lease or otherwise
disposo of lands or interests therein, to
gether with any buildings or structures that
may be on the said lands; to take or hold

purchase, subscription, or otherwise, and to
