for a period of thirty-five (35) years
with the privilege of renewal as pro
vided by law.

The principal office of the corpora
tion shall be In Fulton County, Geor
gia. but the corporation shall have the
right to establish branch offices and
places of business elsewhere, both
within and without the State of Geor
gia.
3.
The object of said corporation Is
pecuniary gain to Itself and Its stock
holders. The general nature of busi
ness to t»e transacted la that of op
erating as a manufacturer's represen
tative for the purpose of buying, sell
ing, and In otherwise dealing In all
manufactured commodities of every
type, kind, nature and description. In
cluding the right to acquire ’ franchises
In connection with same; to deal In
real estate. Including the right to
buy, sell, lease, hold, improve, re
pair, and develop real property of
every kind and description; to bor
row and lend money, either secured
or unsecured; to engage In such other
businesses as may be approved by the
Board of Directors, and to be granted
such other powers, rights and privi
leges as may now or hereafter be
granted to corporations by the laws
of the State of Georgia.
4.
The capital of the corporation shall
be represented by 100 shares of com
mon stock having no par value. The
capital shall be not less than $200.00
paid In at the time the corporation
begins business. The stock of the
corporation may be paid for In cash,
goods, or services, as the Directors
may elect.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that
this application for charter be granted
and that they be Incorporated under
the aforesaid name with all the rights,
powers, and privileges hereinabove set
forth and such others as may be now
or hereafter allowed to corporations
of like character under the laws of
this State.

of Mr. and Mrs. Sid Wallenstein
of Atlanta, is a patient at St.
Joseph Infirmary after under
going surgery this week.
Among the ten new members
recently elected to Alpha Omega
Alpha, honor medical society at
the Medical College of Georgia
in Augusta were two Atlanta
students. They are Harold D.
Meltzer, son of Mrs. Minnie
Meltzer, and Joseph A. Arnold,
son of Mrs. Addie L. Arnold.
Mrs. Sidney P. Mendel and
son, Bobby leave Sunday for
Huntsville, Ala., to be guests of
Mrs. Mendel’s parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Joe Damson. Later they
will be joined by Mr. Mendel
and his mother, Mrs. Rebecca
Mendel.
Rabbi and Mrs. David Tamar-
kin are guests of their children
Mr. and Mrs. Sid Kresses and
granddaughter, Mamie, in At
lanta.
Mr. and Mrs. Sid Kresses
have returned from Birming
ham, where they attoided the
marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Lewis.
Mrs. I&ther Abelson of Atlan
ta, is in Los Angeles to attend
the Bar Mitzvah of her grand
son, Alan Joel Abelson, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Abelson,
and visit also with her other
children, Mr. and Mrs. Harry
Wiliam Abelson.
Ronnie Balser has been elected
president of his fraternity, Sig
ma Alpha Mu, at Pittsburgh U.,
where he is a junior. Ronnie,
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Meyer
Balser of Atlanta, is also promi
nent in Kite and Key, honorary
group recogninzing campus ac
tivity participation.
Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fisher are
back in Atlanta after a trip to
New York.
Leo Katz returned to Atlanta
Monday after a visit with his
friends, Mr. and Mrs. Bela
Schick, in New York.
Mrs. Howard Goldstein of New
Britain, Conn., arrived in At
lanta this week for the wedding
of her brother, David Kletzky,
on Sunday.
Clarence Liberman is recupe
rating at home, his friends will
be glad to hear, after an emerg
ency operation last weekend.
