respectfully shows to the Court the
following facts:

That they desire for themselves,
their successors, associates, and as
signs to be Incorporated under the
name of:
“WARNING ELECTRONICS, INC."
for a period of thirty-five (35) years
with the privilege of renewal).
2.
The object of said corporUon Is
gain to Itself and stock-

holders.
3.
The principal office and place of
doing business shall be in Fulton
County, Georgia, but petitioners de
sire the right to do business both
within and without the State of
Georgia and establish offices else
where.
4.
The general nature of the business
la to design, manufacture, buy or sell
or trade In electrical and electronic
equipment, appliances, apparatus and
articles; to apply for, obtain, pur
chase, sell, lease, take license In re
spect of, or otherwise acquire, hold,
own, use, operate, enjoy, grant license,
manufacture under, or dispose of,
any Invention, device, process, letters
patent, and all rights thereunder,
trademark or tradename; to make or
enter Into all manner and kind of
contract for the purchase acquiring,
holding, selling or buying of any and
all kinds of real and personal prop
erty; to enter Into, make, perform
and carry out contracts of every kind
for any lawful purpose with any
person, firm, association or corpora
tion.
8.
The maximum number of shares of
stock shall be two thousand shares
(2,000), to be divided Into one thousand
shares (1,000) of Class "A" and one
thousand shares (1,000) of Class "B",
all of which shall be common stock,
and all of which shall be without par
value. Both Class “A" and Class “B”
common stock shall each have the
same rights, privileges and Immunities,
except, that, each and singular, every
a ha re of said Class “A” common stock
shall have no voting rights whatso
ever, and shall be plainly stamped,
“None-voting.” The holders of none-
voting stock shall not be entitled to
notice of meetings of stockholders
and shall not be entitled to vote upon
any question whatsoever which may
be presented at any meeting df stock
holders; but shall be entitled to par
ticipate share-forebare with the hold
ers of common stock In any dividend
or distribution In liquidation of the
corporation. Subscription to said capi
tal stock may be made and accounted
for, either In money, merchandise or
services to be computed at fair valu-
Uon.
6.
Petitioners desire that said Corpora
tion shall have all rights, powers,
privileges and Immunities granted
corporations under the now existing
laws of the State of Georgia or any
amendments thereto which may here
inafter be enacted affecting similar
corporations.
7.
Said Corporation ahall have a paid
In subscription of two hundred dollars
($200.00) before said Corporation shall
begin business, same being fully paid
ana none assessable.
8.
Your petitioners herewith exhibit a
certificate of the Secretary of the
State of Georgia as required by Sec
tion 22-1803, Georgia Code Annotated,
certifying that the name, "Warning
Electronics, Inc.’’ Is not the name of
any other existing corporation now
registered In the Office of the Secre
tary of the State of Georgia.
WHEREFORE, PETITIONERS PRAY
that they be incorporated under the
name and style aforesaid with all the

ties herein set forth as are now or
may hereinafter be allowed corpora
tions of like character under the laws
of the State of Georgia.

Sheriff’s office is handling the
case.
The incident took place on the
night of Aug;ust 10 but was not
made public in order to facilitate
the search for the perpetrators.
A statement by ^ie Indianapolis
ity
Council and the Jewish Com
munity Center Association ex
pressed belief that the police
would apprehend the cross burn
ers.
The statement pointed out that
this was the first case of its kind
involving Jewish institutions in
Indianapolis in many years and
stressed the prevailing good re
lations between the Jewish and
non-Jewish communities here. It
declared there was no cause for
alarm or reason to believe that
the incident was the symbol of
an organized hate movement.

99 Paper Bound Books
Of Jewish Interest
NEW YORK, (JTA)—A publi
cation listing the titles of some
100 paperbound books of Jewish
interest has been issued by the
National Jewish Welfare Board’s
Jewish Book Council. The Coun
cil is the sponsor of Jewish Book
Month to be marked from No
vember 20 to December 20,
when the new pamphlet will re
ceive nation-wide distribution.
The booklet, “Paperbound
Books of Jewish interest,” con
taining 99 titles, was prepared
by Miss Diana Bernstein, direc
tor of JWB’s Women’s Organiza
tions Division. The Booklet has
24 titles under fiction; 27 in the
field of history and sociology,
and philosophy- nine listings.for
biography and autobiography;
seven for literature; four for
language; and six under mis
cellaneous.
