Georgia, reipectfully ahowa:

signs to be Incorporated under the
name and style of:
AMERICAN COLLEGE OF
TECHNOLOGY. INC.
for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with the right of renewal at the ex
piration of said time.
2.
The object of the corporation Is
pecuniary gain and the general nature
of the business to be transacted Is to
conduct schools and classes for the
purpose of teaching aircraft flight,
maintenance, engines. Jets, Jet engines,
theory of night, aerodynamics, draft
ing, automation, electronics, Including
radio and television, and all other
subjects generally taught In the relat
ed fields; to carry on a resident school
full or part time and a correspondence
school; to confer degrees; to buy, sell,
lease and encumber real estate and to
do all things necessary and pertinent
to such types of business.
3.
The corporation shall have the pow
er and authority to enter Into guaran
ties, endorsements or otherwise act as
surety under any terms, for the debts
and obligations of any other corpora
tions, persons or firms, and shall have
the power and authority to enter Into
any transactions, activities, business or
obligations together with others. Jointly
or severally, and as partner or Joint
venturer, and t* purchase and own
stock In any other corporations.
4.
TTie principal office and place of
business shall be In Fulton County,
Georgia, with the right to establish
branch offices or places of business
elsewhere.

The capital of the corporation shall
be Fifty Thousand <»M,000.00) Dol
lars at least One Thousand <f 1,000.00)
Dollars of which shall be paid In at
the time the corporation begins busi
ness, payment to be fn money, proper
ty or services or other things of value
acceptable to the Directors of the cor
poration.

The stock of said corporation shall
consist of Five HuAdred (500) shares
of Common Stock of the par value of
One Hundred (*100.00) Dollars per
share, said stock to be Issued for mon
ey. property or services, or other
things of value acceptable to the Di
rectors of the corporation.
7.
The corporation may Impose such
restrictions and limitations upon the
transferability of all stock as are not
prohibited by law, so long as the Im
position of said restrictions are In
conformity with such procedures as
are required by law.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to be
Incorporated under the name afore
said with all the rights, powers, priv
ileges and Immunities provided by law
to similar corporations, or as may
hereafter be conferred upon such cor
porations.

The petition of CHARLES C. THOM
AS. GEORGE BUCARAM and IKE ORE,
all of 505 One Peachtree Building,
Atlanta, Georgia, respectfully shows to
the Court:

The petitioners desire for them
selves, their associates and successors
to be Incorporated under the name of
INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR
MEDICAL RESEARCH, INC.
for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with the right of renewal as provided
by law.
2.
The object and purpose of the corpo
ration shall be to carry on programs
of hospital planning to bring aid,
help, assistance, and comfort to sick
persons; medical and scientific re
search without limitations, and parti
cularly In regard to psychiatric and
mental sicknesses, menial disease and
Juvenile delinquency; to teach, educate
and promote the relations In regard
to physically and mentally handl-
caped, crippled and disabled persons,
and the care, treatment and rehabili
tation of them, to promote the means
of moral treatment and the spirit of
mutual benevolence and human under
standing; and any other activities of
the same or parallel character;

The corporation Is not organized
and shall not be operated for pecuni
ary gain or profit; It shall have no
capital stock and none of its earnings
shall ever Inure to the benefit of any
of Its members or officers; and It
shall operate generally as non-profit-
able, educational, cullural, eleemosy
nary and spiritual organization.
The corporation shall have the right
to raise and collect donations, gifts,
awards, funds, grants, contributions,
devices bequests, legacies, and any
other Income from all legal source*
necessary for the carrying out of Its
purposes. Including the right to rent,
buy, own, aqulrs, sell, convey and dis
pose of such personal and real prop
erty as may be necessary therefore.
8.
The principal office of the corpora
tion shall be In Fulton County, Geor
gia, and applicants desire the privilege
of establishing branches within and
without the State of Georgia.

The governing body of the corpora
tion shall be the Board of Trustees,
which shall consist of not less than
three, nor more than seven members
Each member of the Board shall serve
for a period of five years, with the
right to be re-elected for a new term
of five years, but may resign at any
time. The Incorporators shall be the
first members of the Board of Trustees.
7.
The Board of Trustees, by majority
vote, shall have the power to adopt
any and all by-laws, rules and regula
tions consistent with the charter, and
amend the same as the law allows.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to be
Incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid, with all the rights,
powers and privileges set forth In the
foregoing petition, and as may now
or thereafter be given similar corpo
rations by the laws of Georgia.

Kadimah To See
Wittow Play Nov. 30
On Henrietta Szold
Frank Wittow, director of At
lanta’s Southeastern Academy
Theater, will turn his talents to
the service of Kadimah in the
production, “A Woman’s Mir
acle” celebrating the 100th an
niversary of the birthday of Hen
rietta Szold, founder of Hadassah.
The play written and directed
by Mr. Wittow, who has delight
ed theater goers with his daring
and imaginative treatment of
plays by Camus, Ionescu and
O’Neill, will be performed at the
Kadimah meeting Monday, Nov.
30, at 12:15, at the Jewish Com
munity Center.
Henrietta Szold’s centennary
year will be celebrated beginning
in December by the 318,000 wom
en of the Hadassah chapters
which she founded in 1912 at a
meeting of 14 women, and whose
growth she guided until her
death in 1945. Through the years
her example of ‘‘high thinking
and plain living” and service to
Israel continues to be an inspira
tion.
A buffet lunch at a cost of 99
cents will be supervised by Mrs.
Dave Miller. Mrs. Nat Kramer
is in charge of decorations, and
Mrs. Paul Silberstein and Mrs.
Perry Morris are Hostess Chair
men. Other arrangements are di
rected by Mrs. Irving Appelson,
and all events of the day coordi
nated by Mrs. Ben Rabinowitz,
vice-president. Mrs. I. J. Glazer,
president of Kadimah will pre

Plans O’Neill Play
The Academy Theatre of At
lanta will present Eugene
O’Neill’s ‘‘Long Day’s Journey
Into Night” as its first produc
tion in its new location, Novem
ber 13 - 16 and 20 through 22.
The new location is in rear of
1429 Peachtree Street, directly
across from Pershing Point Ho
tel.
The Academy, is in its second
year of operation under Frank
Wittow and has proved so popu
lar that the growth called for a
new location. Tickets -at $1.75
