That they desire for themselves,

signs to be incorporated under the
aune and style of
AMERICAN COLLEGE OF
TECHNOLOGY, INC.
for a period of thirty five (351 years,
with the right of renewal at the ex
piration of said time.
2.
The object of the corporation is
pecuniary gain and the general nature
of the business to be transacted is to
conduct schools and classes for the
purpose of teaching aircraft flight,
maintenance, engines, Jets, Jet engines,
theory of flight, aerodynamics, draft
ing, automation, electronics, including
radio and television, and ail other
subjects generally taught In the relat
ed fields; to carry on a resident school
full or part time and a correspondence
achool; to confer degrees; to buy, sell,
lease and encumber real estate and to
do all things necessary and pertinent
to such types of business.
3.
The corporation shall have the pow
er and authority to enter Into guaran
ties, endorsements or otherwise act as
surety, under any terms, for the debts
and obligations of any other corpora
tions, persons or firms, and shall have
the power and authority to enter Into
any transactions, activities, business or
obligations together with others, Jointly
or severally, and as partner or Joint
venturer, and to purchase and own
stock In any other corporations.
4.
The principal office and place of
business shall be In Fulton County,
Georgia, with the right to establish
branch offices or places of business
elsewhere.
5.
The capital of the corporation shall

the Court:
1.
The petitioners desire for them
selves, their associates and successors
to be incorporated under the name of
INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR
MEDICAL RESEARCH, INC.
for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with the light of renewal as provided
by law.

The object and purpose of the corpo
ration shall be to carry on programs
of hospital planning to bring aid,
help, assistance, and comfort to sick
persons; medical and scientific re
search without limitations, and parti
cularly In regard to psychiatric and
mental sicknesses, mental disease and
Juvenile delinquency; to teach, educate
and promote the relations In regard
to physically and mentally handl-
caped, crippled and disabled persons,
and the care, treatment and rehabili
tation of them; to promote the means
of moral treatment and the aplrlt of
mutual benevolence and human under
standing; and any other activities of
the same or parallel character;

The corporation la not organized
and shall not be operated for pecuni
ary gain or profit; It shall have no
oapital stock and none of its earnings
shall ever Inure to the benefit of any
of ita members or officers; and It
•hall operate generally aa non-profit-
able, educational, cultural, eleemosy
nary and spiritual organization.
4.
The corporation shall have the right
to raise and collect donations, gifts,
awards, funds, grants, contributions,
devices, bequests, legacies, and any
ether income from all legal sources
necessary for the carrying out of its
purposes. Including the right to rent,
buy, own, squire, sell, convey and dis
pose of such personal and real prop
erty as may be necessary therefore.
5.
The principal office of the corpora
tion shall be In Fulton County, Geor
gia, and applicants desire the privilege
of establishing branches within and
without the State of Georgia.
6.
The governing body of the corpora
tion shall be the Board of Trustees,
which shall consist of not less than
three, nor more than seven members.
Each member of the Board shall serve
for a period of five years, with the
right to be re-elected for a new term
of five years, but may resign at any
time. The incorporators shall be the
first members of the Board of Trustees.
7.
The Board of Trustees, by majority
vote, shall have the power to adopt
any and all by-laws rules and regula
tions consistent witn the charter, and
amend the same as the law allows.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to be
incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid, with all the rights,
powers and privileges set forth in the
foregoing petition, and as may now
or thereafter be given similar corpo
rations by the laws of Georgia.

The within and foregoing petition
having been presented, read and con
sidered, and it appearing to the Court
that the petition is legitimately within
the preview and intend of the laws
of this State, and that the certificate
of the State as required by law has
been presented to the Court, and it
further appearing that ttie applicants
have complied with l!1 the provisions
•f law relating to the granting of
oorporate charters.
IT LS THEREFORE ORDERED, ad
judged and decreed that the prayers
of The petition be and the same are
hereby granted, and the petitioners
are incorporated under the name of
INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR
MEDICAL RESEARCH, INC.
with all the rights, privileges, powers,
and Immunities which may be per
mitted to similar corporations by the
lows of the State of Georgia

Incorporated under the name afore
said with all the rights, powers, priv
ileges and immunities provided by law
to similar corporations, or as may
hereafter be conferred upon such cor
porations.
