Heat Dekalb's Political
Dictators With Turner!
A Candidate for All The
People—Not a Select Few
In announcing his candidacy, Mr. Turner
issued the following statement;
In as much as only one third of those who
voted in the primary election held Septem
ber 15th, cast their vote for the candidate
that was selected, this means that two thirds
of these voters cast a vote against him. It
is my purpose to give these people, and the
people who did not vote another oppor
tunity to express themselves again.
As a successful business man, I believe
my experience will be of benefit to the
entire county and all of its citizens.
As a parent with a child in public school,
I am vitally interested in the growth of our
school system and the welfare of our chil
dren and teachers. It will be my aims to
help our schools, school children and teachers at all times.
As a property owner, I am concerned with the ever-mounting tax
burden on homes and businesses. I believe that sound business m e thods
applied to the affairs of government will result in economies which are
desperately needed.
The affairs of DeKalb County are “big business,’’ and I believe they
require capable managment at all times. I am able to devote my full
time to this position.
I do not and I shall not represent any political clique or group, old
or new. It shall be my determination to represent all of the people all
of the time. , . , . ,
Your vote and support of my candidacy will be sincerely appreciated.

School.
