School of Rome, attends the
University of Georgia, where he
is a member of the Tau Epsilon

The wedding will take place
June 4 at the Waycross Hebrew
Center.

of Atlanta announced the en
gagement of their daughter
Georgenne Palmer to Kenneth
Thompson of Hamilton, Ohio.
Georgenne is a graduate of Girls
High School and is associated
with the Pinkerton and Laws
Company.
Mr. Thompson is a graduate of
Pennsylvania State University
and is affiliated with Champion
Paper and Fiber Company in
Hamilton, where the couple will
reside.
The wedding will take place
on April 8.

SAVANNAH—Deanne Levine,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abe
Javetz, became the bridg of Mor
ris Lee Whitlock of Atlanta, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Elias Whit
lock of Norfolk, Va., at the Whit
lock home, on February 14. Rab
bi Goldman performed the cere
mony.
A reception was held at the
Hague Club in Norfolk. Mr. and
Mrs. Whitlock left for a wedding
trip to the Alpine Inn, Lauren-
tian Mountains, Canada.
The couple is making their
home in Atlanta.

will be Alabama’s representative
for “Miss SEFTY” at the spring
regional assembly to be held In
Atlanta in April.

after visiting their brother and
