thusiastic annual dinner meeting,
held at the Mayfair Club, Tues
day, March 7, under the chair
manship of Max Rittenbaum and
co-chairmanship of William Bre-
man, the Scrap. Metal Division

chairman, addressed the group
on the needs of the campaign.
Abe Goldstein brought the greet

Breman and Max London, mem

The response of the group
proved once more that members
of the Scrap Metal Industry
have a high sense of obligation
and responsibility to the needs
of their fellow Jews. In spite of
adverse conditions which have
affected the industry, they not
only held the line but most of
the members increased their con
tributions by 10 percent over
last year.
Since this was the first fund
raising function of the Men’s

the distortion of English and the
Yiddish transliterations.
