Beth ETs Seder
Sunday, April 2
It has become a tradtion with
Congregation Beth El to call to
gether members and friends for
a congregational Seder on the
second night of Pasover. Since
this year the first two Seder
nights are falling on a Friday
and a Saturday nights and pre
parations for a Seder meal would
be difficult, the Congregation
has decided to hold its Seder on
the third night of Passover, Sun
day, April 2, at 8 p.m. at the
Beth El Building.
Rabbi Abraham Ohrenstein
and metnbers of the congrega
tion will present the service.
Dessert will be served in addi
tion to the traditional Seder
dishes.

Dr. Albert Sabin, developer of
the Sabin oral polio vaccine, is
one of a number of distinguished
physicians who will appear on
the program of the annual Medi
cal Clinics sponsored by the
Emory University Medical Alum
ni Assn, and the Grady Clinicl
Society April 3 and 4.
MEMBERS OF FIDELITY AND COVENANT Chapters of B’nai
B’rith Women of Atlanta have a round-table discussion and planning
session of the city-wide B’nai B’rith Women’s Community Service
Committee. Service projects are carefully screened and selected by
the professional Director, Mrs. Hilfred N. Bossak; and turned over to
the adult Women’s Committee which supplies advisors, careful super
vision, meeting places, transportation, educational background on the
particular project and general liaison to the membership of the B’nai
B’rith Youth Organization. Hundreds of dollars have been raised
this year for the community by BBYO; many man hours have been
contributed to health and welfare agencies. For the fourth consecu
tive year, Parents Institute has awarded to Atlanta BBYO groups the
coveted National Award for Outstanding Public Service for this type
of activity.
