W&lfatfe Fund Launch^
Operation “Missing Person
Operation "Missing Person” was launched this week, it
was announced by Milton Weinstein, chairman of the 1961
Atlanta Jewish Welfare Fund Campaign.
“The Welfare Fund Campaign is reaching the clean-up
stage,” Mr. Weinstein said. “It is still imperative that we reach
all contributors whose cards are still outstanding. I appeal to
all workers who are still holding cards to work their cards
and turn them in by the end of this coming week at the very
latest.
“I also appeal to all those contributors who have some
how been missed to come forward to be counted. Each contri
butor’s help is needed, and 1 urge all who have not yet made
their pledge to give generously. All of us who want to be a
part of our community want to do our share. So please send
your pledges or contributions to me at P. O. Box 856, Atlanta
1, Ga., or call JAckson 5-4825 and a campaign worker will be
assigned to explain the campaign’s needs and purposes to all
those who are not familiar with its background.”
