The delegates also voted to organize a Second Young Leadership Mission to Europe and Israel next Summer. Seen above, left to right, are: Rabbi Herbert A. All Cochin Jews To Go to Israel JERUSALEM, (JTA) — The Jewish Agency’s executive, meet ing here this week, decided to bring to Israel the remaining 300 members of the Cochin Jewish community of India. Three thousand Cochin Jews who were brought to Israel pre viously, were found, according to a report to the Agency executive, to have been absorbed success fully in various spheres or Is raeli life, including agriculture, development areas and urban centers. Supreme Court Says Rockwell Can Speak in N.Y. WASHINGTON (JTA) — The United States Supreme Court, in effect has upheld the Constitu tional right of George Lincoln Rockwell, leader of the Ameri can Nazi party, to hold a public meeting in New York The high tribunal refused to rule on a petition by New York City Parks Commissioner Newbold Morris, who had appealed from a ruling by the New York State Court of Appeals. Rockwell had originally asked for the permit for a rally sched uled for July 4, 1960. On the grounds that such a rally would foment rioting, due to Rockwell’s anti-Semitism, the permit was re fused by Commissioner Morris and Mayor Robert F. Wagner.
