This week the spotlight is on
the Advanced Prep Group. This
class was organized for children
who passed swimming tests but
are not old enough to take Jun
ior Life Saving. Here they learn
additional swimming strokes and
the fundamentals of life saving.
Participants in this class are: —
Debbie Penroy, Tammy Breg-
man, Doris Byrd, Carey and
Scott Eisenberg, Judy and Wen
dy Lipshitz, Timmy Mescon,
Gail Rogan, Sandy and Artie

Life Begins at 50
The Life Begins at 50 Club
celebrated Jewish Book Month
with several members participat
ing in the program. Mrs. Ida
Goncher, Mrs. Liebling, Mrs.
Mollie Tontak and Mr. Otto Lip-
shutz gave Yiddish readings.
Mrs. Dangler sang some songs.

The Family Life Series will
present Frank Fierman in the
second program of this series
on Thursday, December 5, at
8:00 p.m. at the Center. Mr.
Fierman’s subject will be
“Teen-Age Dating.”
Leadership
Training Program
This program begins Tues
day, December 3, at 8:00 p.m.
at the Center. The speaker
of the evening will be Mr.
Frank Fierman — his topic,
“Discipline- It’s Cause And
Cure.”
This program is held jointly
with all youth serving agen
cies in Atlanta.
