B’nai B’rilh Women of Tampa
Membership
Fashion Show
On Wecteesday, April 15, at 8
p. m., B’nai B’rith Women of Tampa
will hold a paid-up membership af
fair. The poolside Patio Fashion
Show will be at the home of Mrs.
Harry Troped, 516 West Davis Blvd.
Sportswear by Jacquelyn’s Resort
Wear Shop will be featured.
Guests of the evening will be new
members and paid up 1964-65 mem
bers. Your Gold honor paid-up mem
bership card will be your admission
ticket. Dues are now $8 00. Anyone
wishing to join is welcome
Mrs. Tillie Warhoftig will be the
first life member to be honored.
Her name will be inscribed on a
silver tray. The tray will belong to
B’nai B’rith Women and anyone be
coming a life member will have her
name inscribed an it in the future.
Refreshments will be served.
Closing and Installation Luncheon
will lie held at the Floridan Motor
Hotel, Florida Avenue, on May 25
at 12 noon. Free parking is avail
able.
District President, Mrs. Edward
Gelfer, will appoint a representative
from District 5 to be the installing
officer. Luncheon will be $2 00.
Philanthropy
Luncheon
B’nai B’rith Women’s Philanthropy
Luncheon will be held at the Jew
ish Community Center on Monday,
April 20, at 12 noon. Admission will
be $2.00.
Two films will be shown at the
meeting. “Boy in the Doorway,” a
very interesting film of our Cleve
land, Ohio, Bellfaire Children’s
Home for emotionally disturbed
children. The second film will be
“The Go to Live,” which depicts the
pediatrics division of the Denver Na
tional Jewish Hospital.
