Graduation Exorcises May 18 Rabbi Epstein Speaker for Hebrew Commencement 'RSabbi Harry H. Epstein of Congregation Ahavath Achim will deliver the commencement address at the graduation cere mony ol the Central Hebrew High School to be held on Tues day, May 18, at 8:15 p. m. at the Atlanta Jewish Community Cen ter,” it was announced by Dr. Irving L. Greenberg. President of ;he Bureau. Rabbi Epstein’s topic will be “Assuring Jewish Survi val.” Dr. Greenberg added that ten students of the Central Hebrew High School—dight boys and two girls — who have successfully completed their course of study will receive graduation diplomas and become eligible for admission to the Midrasha—Junior Codege Department—of the Atlanta Bu reau of Jewish Education or to any other institution of higher Jewish learninug. A cantata ‘This is Our Land” directed by Lawrence Meltzer and Mrs. Avi Kassuto will be presented by the graduates and the Hebrew High School choir. Charles Bergman, chairman of the Bureau’s Committee on the Central Hebiew High School and tie Midiasha, will present the graduates with their diplomas. Each graduate will also receive a gift made possible by the Bre men Memorial Award which was established by the late Louis Bre- man. Bernard Rosenfeld, a neph ew of the sponsor, will represent the Breman. family and make the presentations. The public is cordially invited to attend.
