The petition of DAVID GERSHON,
ISADORE RUDEN, and R. MONROE
SCHWARTZ, whose post office ad
dress is 730 Healey Building, Atlanta,
Georgia, respectfully shows:

Petitioners, for themselves, their as
sociates, successors and assigns, desire
to Incorporate under the name and
style of
“BOND REALTY CO., INC."
for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with the privilege of renewal from
time to time.
Hie object of said corporation shall
be pecuniary gain and profit.

The principal office of said corpora
tion shall be In Fulton County, Geor
gia, with the right and privilege of
establishing branches elsewhere within
and without the State of Georgia.
The principal business of the corp
oration shall be to transact a general
real estate, insurance agency and
brokerage business; to act as agent,
broker or attorney In fact for any
person or corporation In buying, sell
ing, renting, owning and dealing In
property of any and all kinds, both
personal and real, for commission or
other compensation.
To act as Insurance agents In solicit
ing and receiving applications for life,
accident, health, fire, casualty and all
other kinds of insurance and to carry
on any and all lawful business In con
nection therewith.
The maximum number of shares of
stock which the corporation Is author-
lied to have outstanding at any time
Is one hundred (100) shares of com
mon stock having a par value of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each, and
said corporation shall have the right
to Increase Its outstanding stock up to
said maximum from time to time and
when authorized by the Board of Di
rectors of said corporation.
The amount of capital with which
the corporation shall begin business
shall be not less than Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars.

WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that
they be Incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid and that said corp
oration be granted all the rights,
powers, privileges and Immunities
herein prayed for, and such others as
are now or may hereafter be author
ized by law, to be conferred upon such
corporation.

ial, sister of the bridegroom, was
maid of honor. Bridal attendants
were Peggy Tourial, sister of the
b r i d e g room; Ruth Gershon,
cousin of the bride; Lynne Silver-
man, Sandra Hall, and Jeanney
Miller. Ellen Gershon, sister of
the bride, was junior bridesmaid.
Mr. Tourial was his son’s best
man. Groomsmen were Danny
Tourial, brother of the bride
groom; Charles Gershon, brother
of the bride; Ralph Amiel, cousin
of the bridegroom; Robert Marks
of Lakeland; Dr. Jack Rousso,
uncle of the bridegroom; Jeff
Becker of Orlando; David Tour
ial, brother of the bridegroom,
and Richard Gershon, brother of
the bride.

Groomsmen were Edward Levin
of Atlanta, the bride’s brother,
Mark Schiff of Mineola, N. Y.,
brother-in-law of the bride, Mark

A reception and dinner in the
Synagogue followed the cere
mony.
Following a wedding trip to
Europe, the couple will reside
in Champagne, Ill., while com
pleting their education at the
University of Illinois.

Atlanta announce the engage
ment of their daughter Jill to
Dr. Martin Alan Weinberg, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Weinberg
of New York City. The wedding
will take place September 5 at
the Progressive Club.
The bride-elect was graduated
from Briarcliff High School and
is now employed as a doctor’s
assistant in Decatur.
Dr. Weinberg attended Brook
lyn College and received his DDS
degree from Temple University.
He is a member of Alpha Omega
Dental Fraternity and is now
serving as captain in the U. S.
Army at Fort Jackson, in
Columbia, S.C.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Levin of
Atlanta. Her grandparents are
Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Cohen of
Atlanta, Mr. and Mrs. Harold

are parents of the bridegroom.
Mr. Levin gave his daughter
in marriage. Miss Renee Levin
of Atlanta was her sister’s maid
of honor. Mrs. Mark Schiff of
Mineola, N. Y., served her sister
as matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Mrs. Monte Strusiner of
Chicago, Ill., sister-in-law of the
bridegroom; Miss Dinah Jo
Schwartz, cousin ,of <the bridle,

ta, the bride’s cousin was flower
