their associates and successors to be
Incorporated under the name and

for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with all of the privilege* of renewal
given to similar corporations by law.
2. The principal office of said corp
oration shall he In Fulton County,
Georgia, but the corporation shall
have the right to establish branch of
fices and places of business elsewhere,
both within and without the State of
Georgia.
3 .The object of the corporation Is
pecuniary gain to Itself and Its stock
holders.
4. The general nature of the busi
ness to be transacted by the corpora
tion will be acting as broker and
agent In connection with the sale,
leasing and rental of property, both
real and personal; as broker and agent
for the writing and sale of insurance
policies of all kinds, as well as In-
demlnlty and surety bonds of all
kinds- to buy. sell, rent, lease, devel
op, manage, both on Its own behalf
and on behalf of others, and to own
and otherwise deal In real estate and
property of all kinds whatsoever, both
tangible and Intangible. Said corpora
tion shall be authorized to exchange
property; to borrow and lend money;
to guarantee or become surety on the
obligation of other parties; to enter
Into partnerships or Joint enterprises
with other parties; and generally to
perform all acts and things which may
be helpful In the carrying on of any
of the above business activities.
5. The corporation shall have one
class of stock which shall be common
stock with a par value of One Dollar
($1.00) per share. Each share shall
have equal voting rights, together
with preemptive lights. The corpora
tion shall be authorized to have Issued
and outstanding at any one time a
maximum of 50,000 shares of Such
common stock of $1.00 par value.
6. The stock of the corporation may
be Issued In whole or fractional shares,
and for money, property or services,
or a combination of the same, or any
other thing of value taken at a fair
and reasonable valuation, as may be
determined by a majority vote of the
Board of Directors.
7. The minimum amount of capital
with which said corporation shall
begin business shall be not less than
$200.00.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray for
an order Incorporating them under
the name and style aforesaid, with all
the rights, powers, privileges and
Immunities as may be necessary,
proper or Incident to the conduct of
the business aforesaid and as may be
Inherent In, or allowed to, like corp
orations under the laws of the State
of Georgia, as such laws now exist
or may hereafter exist.

Mrs. Gussie Abramsky
Mrs. Gussie Abramsky, 79, of
Atlanta died Saturday, July 24.
Funeral services were held
July 26 in the Bronx, N. Y. with
interment in New Montibiou
Cemetery, Fanningdale, N. Y.
Survivors include a daughter,
Mrs. Edward Reish of Atlanta,
and two sons, Louis Arden of
Falls Church, Va., and Dr.
Eugene Arden of East Norwich,
N. Y., five grandchildren and
two great-grandchildren.
Samuel Freeman
Samuel P. Freeman, 68, of
Miami Beach, formerly of At
lanta, died Thursday, July 22.
Funeral services were held
Friday, July 23, in Blanchard’s
chapel, with Rabbi Jacob Roths
child officiating.
Mr. Freeman was the founder
and chairman of the board of the
Lithonia Lighting Company. He
was a member of the Temple,
B’nai B’rith, the Masons and the
Shriners.
Survivors include his wife,
Mrs. Goldye Freeman; daughter
Mrs. Elinor Berger, Atlanta;
son, Robert J Freeman, Atlanta;
brother, Sydney Freeman, Cleve
land, O., and eight grand
children.
Edward Shulman
Edward N. Shulman, 73, of
Atlanta died Sunday, July 18.
Funeral services were held
July 19 in Blanchard’s chapel
with Morris Mitzner officiating.
Interment was in Greenwood
Cemetery.
Survivors include a son,
Arnold Shulman, and a daugh
ter, Mrs. Marilyn Mittleman,
both of Atlanta; five grand
children, three great-grandchil
dren and nieces and nephews.

two-thirds of Its outstanding common
stock, and all rights conferred upon
stockholders, dlroctors and officers
herein and granted subject to this
reservation.
Applicants desire that the said corpo
ration shall have and enjoy all the
privileges, rights and powers enume
rated In Chapter 22-18 of the Corpora
tion Act of 1938 of the Code of
Georgia and as the same mav be here
after amonded, and all of the powers
and privileges enumerated therein all
made a part hereof to the same extent
as If the same were enumerated herein.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray an
order to be granted Incorporating
them, their associates, successors and
assigns, under the name aforesaid,
with the powers and privileges as may
be necessary, proper or Incident to
the conduct of the business for which
petitioners are seeking Incorporation,
and as may be allowed for private
corporations under the terms of the
Act of January 28, 1938, authorizing
the chartering of corporations.

Albert Berger
Albert Berger, 75, of Atlanta
died Monday, July 26.
Funeral services were held
Tuesday, July 27, in Blanchard’s
chapel with Rabbi Raphael Gold
and Cantor Robert Unger offici
ating. Interment was in Green
wood Cemetery.
Mr. Berger was born in Hun
gary and was a member of
Shearith Israel Synagogue. He
was a member of Fulton Masonic
Lodge No. 216.
Members of the Jewish War
Veterans, Post 112, conducted
graveside ceremonies.
A veteran of World War I, Mr.
Berger saw service in the Navy.
He was one of the founders of
the Atlanta blood bank.
He had engaged in the auto
motive parts industry before
coming to Atlanta. He was a
member of the Automotive Boos
ters Club, B-6, and served for
several years as its secretary.
Lately he had been a sort of
goodwill ambassador for the
veterans group and the Boosters
Club, being in charge of sending
cheery birthday, greeting and
get-well cards to the member
ship. He combined this task with
a phenomenal amount of visita
tion of the sick.
Survivors include his wife, the
former Molly Litman; a daugh
ter, Mrs. Durward Gerson of
Atlanta, and three sons, Leonard
Berger, Charlotte; Allan Berger,
Elmhurst, Pa., and Capt. Willard
Berger, Eglin Air Force Base,
Fla.; eight grandchildren and
nieces and nephews.
Leo Bleiberg
Leo Bleiberg, 75, father of an
Atlantan, died July 22 in Miami
Beach.
Interment was held Sunday,
July 25, in Beth David Cemetery,
Elmont, N. Y.
Survivors include a son, Arth
ur Bleiberg, Atlanta; daughter,
Mrs. Helen Zaro, Queens Village,
N. Y.; sister, Mrs. Lola Kessler,
Great Neck, N. Y., and four
grandchildren.
Jake Friedman
Jake Friedman, 63, of Atlan
ta died Wednesday, July 28.
Funeral services were held
Thursday, July 29, in Blanch
ard’s Chapel, with Rabbi Harry
H. Epstein officiating. Interment
was in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Friedman was president of
the Gate City Record Service,
Star Music Co., Dixie Distribu
tors, Southland Distributors, AAA
Cigarette Service and Friedman
Amusement Co.
He was a native of Atlanta
and was a member of the Ahav-
ath Achim Synagogue and a
trustee of the congregation. A
foundation member of the Jew
ish Home, Mr. Friedman was a
member of B’nai B’rith, Masons,
Scottish Rite, United Benevolent
Society, Zionist Organization of
America, the Standard Club,
Progressive Club and a Shriner.
Mr. Friedman attended Ogle
thorpe University and graduated
from Georgia Tech. He was a
member of the Georgia Tech
Athletic Assn, and a life alum
nus of AEPi fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, the
former Esther Barnett; daugh
ters Mrs. Jack Geldbart and Mrs.
Washington Falk III, both of
Atlanta; a son, Gerald Friedman,
Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. Harry
Goldwasser, Atlanta, and Mrs. M.
I. Simmons, Macon; and six
grandchildren.

Louis Seharff II, formerly of
Augusta, died Sunday, July 18,
in Baltimore.
Funeral services were held
July 24 at the Mausoleum in
Westover Memorial Park with
Rabbi Norman M. Goldburg of
ficiating.
Survivors include his wife,
Mrs. Charlotte Cohen Seharff;
two sons, Dr. Louis Seharff III,
Augusta, and David E. Seharff
of Athens; one daughter, Mias
Judith Merrill of New Jersey,
and four grandchildren.
Abe Redelheim,
Ex-ZOA Chief,
Dies at 68
NEW YORK (JTA)—Abraham
Redelheim, a veteran Zionist
leader, died here last week at the
age of 68.
Born in Jerusalem, Mr. Redel
heim came to the United States
where he became active in the
cause of Zionism.
He served as president of the
Zionist Organization of America
from 1958 to 1960 and he was
a former grandmaster of the
B’nai Zion.
He was also past president of
the Histadruth Ivrith of Amer
ica and served on the boards of
the Jewish National Fund and
the Keren Hayesod.

Late Louis Segal
TEL AVIV (JTA)—The His-
tadrut, Israel’s Federation of
Labor, has decided to honor the
name of the late American La-
bor-Zionist leader Louis Segal
by naming a plot of land in Kib
butz Ef A] near B’nei B’rak after
him.
This site of land to be named
in Mr. Segal’s memory will be
used for the erection of apart
ments to house pensioners from
both Israel ,and abroad. Mr. Segal
was a member of the Jewish
Agency executive and secretary
general of the Farband Labor
Zionist Order in the United
States.
Monument Unveiled, For
Jabotinsky, Wife
In Jerusalem
JERUSALEM ( J T A ) — A
monument erected over the
graves of the late Zionist Re
visionist leader Zeev Jabotinsky
and his wife Joanna was unveil
ed atop Mount 'Herzl here last
weekend on the first anniversary
of the Jabotinskys’ reinterrment
in Israel.
The unveiling took place at a
ceremony attended by leaders of
the Revisionist movement; Jeru
salem Mayor Mordecai Ish-Sha-
lom; Deputy President of the Is
rael Supreme Court S. Agranat;
Ariyeh Pincus, chairman of the
Jewish Agency Executive and
other prominent government and
military figures.
Jack H. Broomberg
Jack H. Broomberg, 52, of Val
dosta died July 17.
Funeral services were conduct
ed July 18 by Rabbi Samuel I.
Zakuto. Interment was in Sunset
Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Broomberg was a native
of Jacksonville but had lived in
Valdosta for about 18 years,
moving there from Detroit. He
was owner and operator of the
Valdosta Plumbing Co. and was
a member of the Valdosta He
brew Congregation and the
Masons.
Survivors include his wife and
three sons, Sheldon, Howard and
Marvin Broomberg, all of Valdos
ta; a daughter, Mrs. Marsha Bogo
of Augusta; a sister, Mrs. David
Steigman of Valdosta, and three
grandchildren.
Mrs. Anna Crude
Mrs. Anna Rosenbloom Grude,
77, of Atlanta died Friday, July
30.
Funeral services were held
Sunday, August 1, in Blanchard’s
chapel with Rabbi Chaim Feuer-
man officiating. Interment was in
Greenwood Cemetery. •
Mrs. Grude was the first pres
ident of the “Life Begins at 50
Club” and was a Gray Lady at
Piedmont Hospital (luring World
War n.
The widow of Abraham Grude,
she was a member of Beth Jacob
Synagogue.
Survivors include a daughter,
Mrs. Joseph Kurtzman of Atlan
ta, a son, Sam Grude, and sis
ters, Mrs. Lottie Borochoff, Mrs.
Sara Manuell and Mrs. Mary
Davis, all of Atlanta; four grand
children and two great grandchil
dren.

TEL AVIV (JTA)—David Ben-
Gurion, the ex-Premier now
campaigning on behalf of his
own Israel Labor List 'in the
forthcoming elections to the
Knesset (Parliament), said here
at an election rally that his fac
tion would be ready to join Is
rael’s next Government providing
certain other parties were to be
excluded from the next coalition.
He named specifically, among the
parties he would want excluded,
the joint list of Herut and the
Liberal Party, and the Commun
ist Party.
Meanwhile, the Mapai Party
Secretariat, which Mr. Ben-Gur-
ion is fighting, has referred the
move to expel him and his pol
itical adherents to the party’s
Court of Honor. The Secretariat
and party leadership had already
voted the expulsion. But Reuben
Barkatt, secretary of Mapai, said
that, in accordance with strict
constitutional provisions, such a
step must be decided finally by
the Court of Honor. There was
little doubt, however, that the
Court of Honor would rule for
expulsion.
Julius Gabler
Julius Gabler, 79, of Long
Beach, N.. Y., died Wednesday
July 28. He was the father of
Mrs. Irving L. Greenberg of At
lanta.
Funeral services were held
July 30 in Long Beach.
Other survivors include three
sons, Milton, Barney and Daniel
Gabler and another daughter,
Mrs. Jack Crystal, all of New
York.

and Mrs. Isadore Weitz of Sa
vannah, has been admitted to the
practice of law in Georgia
Weitz is a graduate of the Uni
versity of Georgia School of Busi
ness Administration and is pres
ently attending the University of
Georgia School of Law from
which he expects to graduate in
December. He is a member of
Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity;
vice president of the Athens
Legal Aid Society; associate jus
tice of the law school honor
court; treasurer of the board of
governors of the Student Bar
Assn.; and a member of Tau
Epsilon Phi social fraternity.
