washing, cleaning, polishing and wax
lng of automobiles and trucks, as well
as other things relative to the clean
ing of the Interior and exterior of
motor vehicles. The Corporation shall
also have the power of owning,
leasing, purchasing, selling and trading
in business facilities, equipment and
maintenance, warehouses, equipment,
showrooms and offices and all neces
sary and proper facilities in connec
tion with the business.

The Capital Stock of said Corpora
tion shall be $25,000.00 divided Into
250 shares at the par value of $100 00
each, all of which shall be Common
Stock.

The amount of Capital with which
this Corporation shall begin business
Is not less than $200 00, and all the

oration in money, property, or a com
bination of the two

To acquire and pay for in cash,
stocks or bonds of this Corporation or
otherwise real and personal property,
the good will rights, assets and
profits, and to undertake or assume.
In whole or any part thereof, the
obligations or liabilities of any per
son, firms, associations or corpora
tions.

secure debt, other Indentures for the
purpose of securing any obligation of
said Corporation.

Said Corporation shall be authorized
to issue stock for any consideration,
either money, property or services,
which is at least equivalent to the
full par value of the stock so to be
issued. The valuation of any property
or services for such purpose will be
fixed by the Directors of the Corp-
oratlon and such method of valuation
will be conclusive.

power to amend, alter, change or re
peal anv provision of Its Charter in
form or substance upon the vote of
two-thirds of Its outstanding Common
Stock, and all rights conferred upon

NEW YORK (JTA) — Textile
magnate, Israel Rogusin has
donated a record $2,500,000
through the Rogosin Foundation
to the first-year drive of the Is
rael Education Fund, a program
of the United Jewish Appeal, it
was announced at a press con
ference here.
Joseph Meyerhoff, the Fund’s
chairman, and IEF president,
Charles J. Benslev said the gift
would be used to build high
schools and related educational
facilities and to provide teacher
training scholarships in Israel.
Three of 13 IEF high schools
luirently under construction in
Israel have been made possible
by previous Rogosin Foundation
contributions. All are comprehen
sive schools, the type of facility
on which Israel's educators are
basing a large part of their ex
pansion program. Two are in the
new port city of Ashdod, which
houses Rogosin Industries, Ltd.,
Israel’s largest producer of nylon
and other synthetic fabrics.
The new Rogosin gift is the
largest recorded individual dona
tion to secondary education in
Israel. “With this single stroke.”
the IEF announcement stated

Mr. Rogosin will broaden Is
rael’s education base as surely
and decisively as he has
strengthened its economic foun
dations.” Some of the 13 IEF
schools in construction are ex
pected to be open this fall. A
number of libraries, youth cen
ters and pre-kindergaten schools
are also being built with IEF
campaign funds. The fund was
initiated last September by the
United Jewish Appeal in response
to crisis conditions in Israel’s
secondary education, including
lack of facilities and teachers and
and an imbalance in educational
opportunities between immi
grants of European and Asian-
African origin. Most IEF facilities
will be built in Israel’s two dozen
new development towns and
other areas of concentrated im
migrant population.
Mr. Rogosin is an honorary
trustee of the Hebrew Academy
of Atlanta, Inc. and a director of
the Yeshiva of Hudson County,
New Jersey. He holds an honor
ary degree of Doctor of Science
from Milligan College of East
Tennessee and is a trustee of
Brandeis University of Massa
chusetts and an honorary fellow
of Bar-Tan University in Isarel
He was also been active as or
ganizer and philanthropist in
medical and related fields. He is
an honorary member of the So
ciety- of Now York Hostctal and
an incorporator of tho Nourosci-
ences Foundation of Boston.
