Several National Honors
At their September 29 meet

president Gertude Schiffman that
the Auxiliary had won a num

tional convention of the Jewish
War Veterans held at the Concord
Hotel in upstate New York.
The awards had been given to
the Auxiliary for outstanding
work done by the chairmen under
the direction of past president
Jean Kobrine during the year
1964-1965.
The awards received were as
follows: National Child Welfare
Trophy and National Program

and is awarded each year to the
Auxiliary presenting the most

the other awards have been given
to the Atlanta ladies.
