Juvenile Delinquents
LONDON (JTA) — Twelve
youths accused of attacking
a group of Yeshiva students
in North London recently were
held for trials. Police had arrest
ed 14 youths, but two were ac
quitted after the hearing for lack
of evidence linking them direct
ly with the occurrence. All 12
were charged with malicious
mischief and attempt to murder.
The murder attempt was direct
ed, according to police testimony,
against one Df the Yeshiva stu
dents, Joseph Springer, a son of
one of the leading British of
ficials of Agudath Israel.
