HELLO!
I’m new in Tucker—but not in the decorating business.
I’d like to see my old friends and plenty of new friends in
my office on the Main Street of Tucker. I saw some of you last
Saturday but look forward to seeing many more soon.
I think you will be pleased with the service I am offering.
Sincerely,
Joy Morrow

Man, how I bate to write this

little guy surrounded by hair
comes up to me before the bowl

has been hurting him and he’s
bowling tonite under extreme du

his health history as if he was
applying for a Major Medical or
something, and after crying all
over me and the approaches
(causing everybody to foul from
sticky shoes) finally gets out on
the alley and commences to
throw the ball as if be just came
back from a health cure at Hot
Springs and ending up the mte
with a 202-588 senes—and this

Bredow, the instigator of the
bowling league, has been ap
pointed and has accepted the
very responsible position of
Chairman and Commissioner of
Softball at the AJCC, which is
right good news—
Mr. Bredow was contacted in
Florida, where he was looking for
spring training headquarters for
all contestants except AEP1
alumnae, who automatically are
assigned to a training site in
Cuba, and he was very optimis
tic about the coming season—he
has already put out bids for
equipment, including one new
bat and one new softball . . .
Mr. Bredow also has appoint
ed a committee of a dozen or so
of the top athletes in the com
munity (no, Stan Silverman didn’t
quite make it this year) and their
names will be published in the
first news releases as soon as Mr.
Bredow learns how to spell them
. . . Announcement of the date
of the first practices and tryouts
will be made in the near future
m this paper, so keep your eyes
open if you’re interested — this
should be the best season yet!

Mr. And Mrs. League
Are you kidding?! Neither Doe
Cohen or I bowled last week, so
what could there possibly be to
write about? . . . However, we
did pick up this interesting piece
of news over the weekend—Mrs.
Ben Zimmerman, who bowls in
the Shearith Israel league, picked
up the almost impossible 4-7 -
8-10 split last Tuesday nite
(that’s the double pinochle, in
bowling language) and it couldn’t
happen to a nicer gal . . . Also,
someone sabotaged Morris (The
Mule) Robbins last Thurs. nite—
whomever shooed him put on
oversize shoes and caused him to
foul an unprecedented seven
times in a row! That’ll teach him
to touch me.
That’s the tenth—see you in
the alley next week.
