shall be to operate a general business
in purchasing new and used equip
ment, metal, wood and materials of
every kind and character; manufac
ture, construct, remodel or install all
types of automatic, semi-automatic
and manual vehicle washing machines
and all types of manufacturing and
to do all and everything incidental to
carrying on said business.-

The Capital Stock of said corpora
tion shall he $50,000.00, divided into
five thousand 15.0001 shares at the par
value of $10.00 each, all ol which shall
be common stock.

The amount of capital with which
this corporation shall begin business
is $200.00, and all the capital shall he
paid into the corporation in money,
property or a combination of the two.
7.
To acquire and pay in cash, stocks
or bonds of this corporation or other
wise real and personal property. The
good-will rights, assets and profits,
and to undertake or assume, in whole
or any part thereof, the obligations or
liabilities of any person, firms associ
ation or corporation.
8.
To issue bonds, mortgages, deeds to
secure debt, other indentures for the
purpose of securing any obligation of
said corporation.
9.
Said corporation shall be authorized
to issue stock for anv consideration,
either money, property or services,
which is at least equivalent to the
full par value of the stock so to he
issued. The valuation of any property
or services for such purpose will be
fixed by the Director of the Corpora
tion and such method of valuation
will be conclusive.
10.

er to am *nd, alter, change or repeal
any provision of its Charter in form
or substance upon the vote of two-
thirds of its outstanding common stock,
and all rights conferred upon stock
holders. directors and officers herein
and granted subject to this reserva
tion.
11.
Applicants desire that the said corp
oration shall have and enjoy all
the privileges, rights and powers en
umerated in Chapter 22 18 of the Corp
oration Act ol 1938 of the Code of
Georgia, and as the same may be here
after amended, and all of the powers
and privileges, enumerated therein all
made a part thereof to tin* same ex
tent as if the same were enumerated
herein.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pra\ an
order to be granted incorporating
them, their associates, successors and
assigns, under the name aforesaid,
with the powers and privileges as may
be necessary proper or incident to the
conduct of the business for which pe
titioners are seeking incorporation,
and as may be allowed for private

erty, the good will, rights, assets and
profits, and to undertake or assume,
in whole or any part thereof, the ob
ligations or liabilities of. any person.
Firm, Association or Corporation;

JONAS NOVAK and PHILIP TARA-
TOOT, whose Post Office address is

bring this application for the grant
ing of a charter for a private corp
oration, and show to the Court the
following facts:

They desire for themselves, their
associates and successors to be in
corporated for a period ol thirty-five
(35> years, with the right of renewal
thereof, as provided by law, under
the name and style of
E. N P. INVESTMENT CO.

The principal office and place of
business shall be located in Fulton
County, Georgia, with the privilege of
establishing branch offices and places
of business in such other places as
may be determined.

The purpose and object of said corp
oration is pecuniary gain and profit
to its stockholders.
(a) The general nature of the busi
ness to be transacted by said corpora
tion is that of an investment com
pany for the purpose of investing the
capital and surplus of said corpora
tion in real, intangible and personal
property, of every kind and character,
and including anv interest therein.
(hi As an incident to carrying out
said investment business, the said
corporation shall have the right to
acquire, purchase, own. hold, improve,
sell, convey, dispose of, operate, do
velop, lease, mortgage and encumber
anv real. Intangible and personal
property of everv kind and nature,
including stocks and securities of
other corporations, and to loan monev
and take securities for the payment
of all sums due the corporation, and
to sell, assign and release such
curities.
(c) Said corporation shall have the

Isidore and Sarah Freed have
just returned to St. Petersburg
from a three month's visit to Is
rael
They are still talking of the
wonderful piano concert given by
the son of Sayde Houtman when
he visited his mother several
months ago He attended the club
and while there was invited tp
play.
Bill and Ada Marx are prep
aring foj an auto trip this sum
mer to Chicago, where part of
their family resides. After a
month’s visit there they will head
for Bong Island to spend the bal
ance of the summer with another
set of their children.
Jennie Tinkle is a busy gal
these days as she hustles about
on the drive for United Jewish
Appeal, as the representative for
the Senior Friendship Club. Louis
H Shapiro is another member of
the dub that each year is a very
busy fellow doing the same thing,
as is Samuel Mazear. The United
Jewish Appeal’s drive, as far as
SF Club is concerned, is driving
ahead full speed.
The Golden Circle was honor
ed on March 21 as 19 couples
received the tributes and the ap
plause of several hundred mem
bers and invited guests. Ada
Marx produced a wonderful show*
opening with an ensemble of SF
Club’s entertainers. Entertain-
tainment followed by Elsie Marx,
the Orchestra, Ethel Green, the
Barber Shop Trio composed of
Manny Ward. Oscar Ascher and
right and privilege to enter into a
co-partnership or joint venture with
any other individual, firm or corpora
tion.
4.
The maximum number of shares the
said corporation shall be authorized
to issue shall be five thousand (5.000)
shares of common stock, with a par
value of ONE HUNDRED ($10000)
DOLLARS each, or a fractional part
thereof, which shares shall have pro
portionate fractional voting rights and
tiie right to receive proportionate
fractional dividends.
The corporation shall have the
power, from time to time, and with
out amendment, upon a maturity vote
of the outstanding stock, to increase
and decrease its capital stor k, within
the minimum or maximum limits
hereinbefore provided in this appli
cation for Charter.
5.
The amount of capital with which
tiie corporation will be"in business
shall be FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00)
DOLLARS to be paid in. either in
propertv or cash, or other assets or a
combination of either cash or prop
ertv.
6.
The shares of stock of said corpora
tion mav ho issued for anv considera
tion. whether money. propertv or
services and can he issued in exchange
for leases, including the transfer and
assignment thereof, sales contracts,
plants and equipment, and anv other
real or personal propertv or choses in
action useful or necessary in the pros
ecution of the business of the corp
oration.
The valuation of any property or
services for such purposes will be de
termined bv the incorporators or di
rectors of the corporation as the case
mav be and ■ such method of valuation
shall be conclusive and binding.

Applicants desire that the said corp
oration shall have and enjoy all the
privileges, rights and powers enumer
ated in Chapter 2? 18 of the Corp
oration Act of 1938 of the Code of
Georgia, and as the same mav he here
after amended, and all of the powers
and privileges enumerated therein are
made a nart hereof to the same ex
tent as if the same were enumerated
herein.

Down illness lane there is a
mixture of sunshine and dark
ness. Ida and Selig Bush are un
able to be about and are confined
to their beds in the Colonial Rest
Home. They will be very happy
to see old friends and acquaint
ances.
Kate Cohen is doing well at
home but cannot make any visits
Jennie Goldberg will continue to
remain in the rest home for the
next several months. She can
have visitors so her friends can
call on her any time. Sol Eisen-
berg i^ coming out of the daze
created by the sudden passing of
his wife Rebecca a few weeks
ago. Hr is visiting the club and
mingling and this has helped
soften the blow.
Katherine Collins is getting
about as usual. Louis Goldstein
has taken a turn for the worse
and is now under nursing atten
tion at his home. Anna Sanal is
undergoing a little set back on the
fractured arm. It was hoped that
she would be able to he relieved
of the cast, but at this time it ap
pears that she will have to wear
the cast for several more weeks.
Mrs. Ruth Matthews will lx-
honored at the Family Sabbath
Hour at Congregation B’nai Is-
real. Friday evening, March 25, at
8 p. m., in recognition of ten years
ol dedicated service. It will mark
her official retirement.
Dr. Morris B. Chapman, rabbi
of the synagogue, Mr. Murray M
Jacobs, president, Mrs. Sarah F.
Moss, principal of the Religious
School, and Mr. Louis A. Marks,
fiscal guardian, will pay tribute
to her highly developed sense of
responsibility, her constant read
iness to volunteer services even
seven days a week, considerably
beyond the call of duty.
Mrs. Matthews will be awarded
a testimonial plaque and receive
a scroll. The Oneg Shabbat recep
tion in the ' fellowship hall, fol
lowing the service, will be held
^ in her honor.

Caroline Loewenstein is fully re
covered and getting about in her
usual manner" Minnie Tiger is
taking it easy when she goes out
with the help of a cane. She join

and enjoyed the afternoon. Sadie
Hurwitz, still at St. Anthony’s
Hospital, is said to be making
wonderful headway. Morris Zuck-
erman continues to improve, but
is taking it easy.
