Clark Harrison believes in getting things done. He's
strongly concerned about fiscal matters and responsibility. He believes
there should be a professional attitude and close working relationship
among all communities, their leaders, and County employees. To
accomplish this relationship, he believes the DeKalb County Commission
Chairman should co-operate with them to the fullest extent.
He believes the County Commission Chairman should never have
reason to hide his personal affairs from the public. He’s already promised
the DeKalb Grand Jury a certified statement of his financial affairs at the
end of each fiscal year.
He believes anyone in the County should be able to examine the
County’s finances at any time because fiscal responsibility must and
shall be a reality.
He believes the County Commission Chairman has an obligation to
recoup our tax dollars from the state and national governments to buy
needed benefits for our County.
