1. Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates and successors to be
Incorporated under the name and
style of
"COLLIER HILLS
ENTERPRISES, INC."
lor a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with all of the privileges of renewal
given to similar corporations by law.
2. The principal office of said corp
oration shall be in Fulton County,
Georgia, but the corporation shall
have the right to establish branch of
fices and places of business elsewhere,
both within and without the State
of Georgia.
3. The object of the corporation is
pecuniary gain to itself and Its stock
holders.
4. The general nature of the busi
ness to be transfacted by the corp
oration will be to engage in develop
ing, building Improving modifying and
repairing of real property. Said corp
oration shall further have the author
ity to carry on such other or addi
tional business and activities as Its
Directors may, from time to time de
termine.
5. The corporation shall have one
class of stock which shall be common
stock wth a par value of One Dollar
($1.00) per share. Each share shall
have equal voting rights, together
with preemptive rights. The corpora
tion shall be authorized to have Issued
and outstanding at any one time a
maximum of $50,000 shares of such
common stock of $1.00 par value.
6. The stock of the corporation may
be Issued In whole or fractional
shares, and for money, property or
services, or a combination of the
same, or any other thing of value
taken at a fair and reasonable val
uation, as may be determined by a
majority vote of the Board of Direc
tors.
7. The minimum amount of capital
with which said corporation shall
begin business shall be not less than
$500.00.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray for
an order incorporating them under
the name and style aforesaid, with all
the rights, powers, privileges and Im
munities as may be necessary, proper
or Incident to the conduct of the
business aforesaid and as may be in
herent in, or allowed to, like corp
orations under the laws of the State
of Georgia, as such laws now exist or
may hereafter exist.

shall be that of appliance and furni
ture dealer both wholesale and retail,
the purchasing and selling of any and
all types of goods, wares and mer
chandise and also for the purpose of
entering Into all types of businesses,
and to do all and everything Incidental
to carrying on said business.
5.
The Capital Stock of said corporation
shall be $25,000.00, divided Into two
thouaand, five hundred (2,500) shares
at the par value of $10.00 each, all of
which shall be common stock.
6.
The amount of capital with which
this corporation shall begin business Is
$200.00, and all the capital shall be paid
Into the corporation In money, property
or a combination of the two.
7.
To acquire and pay in cash, stocks or
bonds of this corporation or otherwise
real and personal property. The good
will rights, assets and profits, and to
undertake or assume. In whole or any
part thereof, the obligations or lia
bilities of any person, firms, association
or corporation.
8.
To laaue bonds, mortgages, deeds to
secure debt, other indentures for the
purpose of securing any obligation of
■aid corporation.

Said corporation shall be authorized
to Issue stock for any consideration,
either money, property or services,
which la at least equivalent to the full
par value of the stock to to be Issued,
The valuation of any property or serv
ices for such purpose will be fixed by
the Directors of the Corporation and
such method of valuation will be con
clusive.
10.
The corporation shall have the power
to amend, alter, change or repeal any
provision of its Charter in form or
substance upon the vote of two-thirds
of Its outstanding common stock, and
all rights conferred upon stockholders,
directors and officers herein and
granted subject to this reservation.
Applicants desire that the said cor
poration shall have and enjoy all the
privileges, rights and powers enumer
ated in Chapter 22-18 of the corporation
act of 1938 of the Code of Georgia, and
as the same may be hereafter amend
ed. and all of the powers and privileges
enumerated therein all made a part
thereof to the same extent as If the
same were enumerated herein.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray an
order to be granted incorporating
them, their associates, successors and
assigns, under the name aforesaid, with
the powers and privileges as may be
necessary proper or Incident to the
conduct of the business for which
petitioners are seeking Incorporation,
and as may be allowed for private
corporations under the terms of the
act of January 28, 1938, authorizing the
chartering of corporations.

APPEL, each of whose post office ad

That they desire for themselves,
their associates, successors and as
signs, to be Incorporated under the
name and style of "LEVY-WEIN-
GLASS ENTERPRISES. INC.” for a
term of thirty-five years with privi
lege of extension or renewal as by

of Directors may deem appropriate
and desirable.

The authorized capital of the corp
oration shall be $50,000.00 which shall
be divided into 5.000 shares at $10.00
par value, common stock.

The amount of capital with which
this corporation shall begin business
shall not be less than $200.00 and all
the capital shall be paid Into the
corporation In money, property or a
combination of the two.

The corporation shall have the right
to acquire real and personal property
and pay for same In cash, stocks or
bonds of this corporation or other'
wise, as well as to acquire the good
will, rights, assets and profits, and
to undertake or assume in whole or
any part thereof, the obligations or
liabilities of any person, firm, associ
ation or corporation.

Said corporation shall have the
right to issue negotiable Instruments,
bonds, mortgages, deeds to secure
debt, and other Indentures for the
purpose of securing any obligation
of said corporation. The corporation
shall also have the right and power
to guarantee the payment of Indebt
edness of others as guarantor, surety,
endorser or otherwise, whether or
not such indebtedness relates to the
principal bualness engaged In by the
corporation.

JERUSALEM (JTA)— Foreign
Ministry souroes expressed con
cern over the cancellation of a
$2.5 million electronics order
which an Israeli firm, Tadiran,
had won from the Argentine
Government in competitive bidd
ing. The order was cancelled des
pite the fact that Tadiran offered
the lowest price. According to un
confirmed reports, Argentina in
tends to place the order with a
Dutch manufacturer.
The Ministry sources pointed
out that Israel’s trade with Ar
gentina has been heavily unbal
anced in recent years in favor
of the latter country. In 1966,
they said, Israel purchased $15
million worth of goods in Argen
tina and sold over $300,000 worth
there. In 1967, the balance was
$10 million against $500,000 in
Argentina’s favor. Israeli imports
from Argentina are almost ex
clusively frozen meat. There was
no indication that the Foreign
Ministry was considering cancell
ing or reducing Israeli imports
but ministry sources said the
stock by any of Its stockholders.

Said corporation shall have the
right and power to amend, alter,
