JUST LOOK WHAT
DEBORAH IS UP TO NOW!
Deborah Chapter 1358 has real
ly had a great year so far. For
our fund raising we sold assorted
flavors of chewy taffy. We are
also participating in B’nai B’rith
Womens Operation “Stork.” We
collect baby clothes for expectant
mothers who can’t afford any.
Christmas Eve five girls went to
Ga. Baptist, and Crawford Long
Hospitals’ children’s ward. We
gave presents and talked to all
the children. It was quite reward
ing to see a sad face light up into
a happy smile.
Deborah was represented at
LTI Convention held In Atlanta
at the Atlanta Jewish Community
Center, and Southern Region
Convention held in Augusta, Ga.
We have only had two games
in basketball this year. Unfor
tunately we lost both of them by
a very slim margfn. Our first
game was against DOZ. We lost
by only two points 17 to 15 and
our second was against Haviv,
we lost by one point 12 to 11.
More functions coming up so
keep in touch.
