Hebrew Academy’s Tenth
Graduation on June 8
The Hebrew Academy will hold its tenth annual graduation at
7:30 p. m. on Sunday, June 8, in the school auditorum.
Mrs. Jerry Weinberg and Mrs. Petty Bregman will serve as co-
chairmen for the event. Committee chairmen include: Mrs. Robert
Levin, decor; Mrs. Isaac Galanti and Mrs. Albert Tenenbaum,
refreshments; Mrs. Zeev Boneh, invitartions; Mrs. Albert Maslia,
photography; Mrs. Morton Giniger, publicity; Mrs. Paul Sanders,
finances; and Mrs. Sam Fried 'and Mrs. John Gilmer, miscellaneous.
The program is being written and directed by the students under
the direction of Mrs. Ronald Urken and Mrs. Raul Sanders. It wjll
be based on a chronology of their years in the Hebrew Academy.
The sixth grade girls and boys will serve as hostesses and ushers.
The graduates and their teachers are: Seated (left to right) Chanoch

baum (Mr. and Mrs. Albert Tenenbaum), Marsha Gilmer (Mr. end
Mrs. John Gilmer), Sheryl Maslia (Mr. and Mrs. Albert Maslia) and
Paul Weinberg (Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Weinberg). Standing (left to

Kessler, Martha Davis and Fran
ces Cohen. Plaques were awar
ded to Anna Slesinger, Pearl
Frankel and Rose Rappaport.

sented clown acts for the mem
bers enjoyment.

NCJW To Hold
Board Meeting
The final board meeting of the
Atlanta Section of the National
Council of Jewish Women for the
1968-69 year, will be held on
Wednesday, June 11, at 10:30
a. m. at the home of Mrs. Ed
ward Elson, newly installed pres
ident, who lives on Northside
Drive.
Plans for the forthcoming year
will be made and there will be a
review of the new budget. This
is an open meeting and non-board
members are invited.
