RINGS ON THEIR FINGERS
Beinhom-Freedman
^ Mr. and Mrs. Irving Beinhorn
of Miami Shores, Fla., announce
the engagement of their daugh
ter Sally Ann to Douglas Stuart
Freedman, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Jack I. Freedman of Atlanta.
Miss Beinhorn is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Dora Salle and
the late Isadore Salle of Miami
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Meyer
Beinhorn of Williamson, W. Va.
Mr. Freedman is the grandson of
Mr. and Mrs. Irving Blonder and
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Freedman,
all of Atlanta.
Miss Beinhorn attended the
University of Tennessee and
Dade Junior College. Mr. Freed
man graduated from Florida
Central Academy and attended
Georgia Southwestern and De-
Kalb Junior College.
The wedding will be held in
Miami at Temple Israel on
June 21.
Green-Bossak
The marriage of Doris Green
to Eric Bossak was solemnized
on Thursday, Mar. 26, at 6:30
p. m. at Atlanta Cabana. The
double ring ceremony was per
formed by Rabbi Jacob Roths
child.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Applebaum
of Anniston, Ala. The bride
groom is the son of Mrs. Ger
trude Bossak of Coral Gables and
the late Hilfred Bossak.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, was attended by
her sister, Gail Shattah of An
niston. Best man was the bride
groom’s brother, Peter Bossak of
Athens, Ga. Immediately follow
ing the ceremony the bride’s par
ents entertained with a seated
dinner.
The bride was graduated from
Gulf Park College, high school
division and has a BS degree
from Emory University. She is
employed by the DeKalb Coun
ty Board of Education. The
bridegroom has a BIE degree and
a MSIE degree from Georgia
Tech. He is associated with Man
agement Science, Health, Inc. of
Atlanta, where the couple will
make their home.
Skott-Grossman
Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Skott of
Atlanta announce the engage
ment of their daughter, Patricia
Sue Skott, to Neal Jay Grossman,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gross-
man of Miami.
Miss Skott is the granddaugh
ter of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Meyer Goldberg and the late Mr.
and Mrs. Eli Skott, all of At
lanta. She attended the Univer
sity of Georgia and is now em
ployed by Eastern AirlinesSsJnc.
in Atlanta.
Mr. Grossman is the grandson
of Mrs. Sarah Perelstein and the
late Nathan Perelstein, and the
late Mr. and Mrs. Abraham
Grossman, all of Miami. He was
graduated from Emory Univer
sity in March, where he was a
member of Alpha Epsilon Pi so
cial fraternity, and will attend
the University of Miami School
orf Medicine in the fall.
The wedding will take place
June 14 at the Royal Coach
Motor Hotel.
Kalish-Halpern

MACON—Dr. and Mrs. David
Marcus Kalish announce the en
gagement of their daughter, Miss
Helene Virginia Kalish, to Alan
Howard Halpem, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Bernard Halpem of Atlanta.
The wedding is set for July 6 at
Temple Beth Israel.
Miss Kalish is granddaughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Francis Ashton of Macon and the
late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Kalish of
Atlanta.
She is a graduate of Miller
High School where she was a
member of Sigma Omega Sigma
sorority and of Vardell Hall, Red
Springs, N. C. She attended Gulf
Park College and the University
of Georgia, where she was a
member of Sigma Delta Tau, and
she was graduated from Bauder
Finishing School in Atlanta. Miss
Kalish was presented ait the 1967
Bon Homines Yule Ball.
Mr. Halpem is grandson of
Mrs. Charles Loenthal of Atlanta
and the late Mr. Loenthal and
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob
Halpem.
He attended Georgia Military
Academy and was graduated
from Castle Heights Military
Academy, Lebanon, Term., and
attended the University of Geor
gia where he was a member of
Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. As
“outstanding graduate” of the
U. S. Army Missile and Muni
tions Center, he received the
WSB Radio 750 Award. He has
completed military service, which
included a year in Vietnam and
and is associated with Halpem
Realty Cp. in Atlanta.
