friends or relatives in Romania
will have no problem in making
the proper contacts. The Roma
nian National Tourist Office
has opened a new agency called

Dragu, Romanian National Office;
Among the East-European Countries, valiant Romania stands
oat as one of the most llberally-humanttarian and indepen
dent Bucharest’s foreign policy, os recently enunciated by
its distinguished President Nleolae Cesusescu, holds s door
open to all nations of the world hi peaceful contact—both
political and economic. Hence, despite pressures, Romania
stood adamant in her truly democratic, noble position by
refusing to join her sister-states in breaking diplomatic re
lations with Israel after the Six-Day War in June 1967. With
Romania it is not an issue of who is right and who wrong
in the Middle East dispute. It is simply a matter of main
taining a clear-cut-open-door policy with ALL nations. In
deed, relations between Romania and Israel have set a good
example for some of the other East-European states to emu
late. Tourists planning visits to Israel, may do well en route
to stop in beautiful and enchanting Romania and enjoy the
genuine hospitality of the goodly, Heimishe Romanian
people. —EDITOR

RESORTS
The fame of Romania’s health-

visitors continuously rave about
their magical influence in rescu-

in 1969, and the figure is ex
pected to rise this year.
Three new seaside ''resorts,
Neptune, Jupiter and Venus, have
been completed this year and a
fourth, Saturn, is now nearing
completion. Each resort feaures
long sandy beaches —•- and the
marine climate is invigorating,
ozonic.

The entire Romanian coast
boasts a long summer — from
