Miss Klug will be graduated
from the University of Georgia
in August with a BBA degree in
general business.
Mr. Dreyfuss is the grandson
of Mrs. Jules J. Dreyfuss of
Miami and the late Mr. Dreyfuss
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed
ward Mahler of New York.
The future bridegroom has
completed his military service
and has returned to Oglethorpe
College where he is a senior in
the School of Business Admin
istration.
The wedding will take place
September 6 at the Progressive

Mimi Shetzen, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Edward Shetzen of
Atlanta became the bride of
David Stem Monett, son of Dr.
and Mrs. Harold L. Monett of
Columbus, Ohio, July 9. Rabbi
Jacob M. Rothschild officiated.
The bride is the granddaughter
of Mrs. Rebecca S. Lewenstedn
and the late Dun Lewenstein, and
Mrs. Fannie H. Shetzen and the
late Wolf Shetzen, all of Atlanta.
Mr. Monett is the grandson of
Mrs. Ruth Gup and the late Rab
bi Samuel M. Gup and the late
Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Monett, all
of Columbus, Ohio.
Mrs. Monett received a BA de
gree from Sophie Newcomb Col
lege, and an MA. degree in
French Literature from Emory
University. Mr. Monett received
a BA degree in Philosophy from^
Miami University. After grad
uate work in philosophy and
law, Mr. Monett received an
MA degree in Mass Communi
cations from Ohio University.
The couple will reside in New
York City.

Schwartz, became the bride of
Ira Lewis Feinberg of Yonkers,
N.Y., son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur
Jonathon Feinberg of Yonkers
on June 30 in B’nai Israel Syna
gogue.
Miss Peggy Gean Schwartz
was her sister’s maid of honor.
Miss Brenda Schwartz, sister of
the bride. Miss Linda Feinberg
and Miss Roberta Feinberg,
Yonkers, sisters of the bride
groom, Miss Penni Ackerman of
Fort Mill, S.C., and Miss Hollace
Lynn Blackman were brides
maids.
The bridegroom’s brother,
Glen Steven Feinberg of Yonk
ers, was best man. Ushers were

A reception and dinner fol
lowed at Timme Plaza.
After a wedding trip to Mon
tego Bay, Jamaica, and San
Juan, Puerto Rico, Mr. and Mrs.
Feinberg .will make their home
in Yonkers.
Safer-Jackel
1 SAVANNAH — Mr. and Mrs.
Israel Safer announce the en
gagement of their daughter,
Sherrie Ann, to Dana Lewis
Jackel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed
ward Jackel of Atlanta.
An August wedding is planned.
Miss Safer is a graduate of
Smith College, Clarke School,
and the University of Georgia,
where she was a member of
Sigma Delta Tau sorority.
She is the granddaughter of
Mrs. I. H. Cooper arid the late
Mr. Cooper and the late Rabbi
and Mrs. Benjamen Safer of
Jacksonville.
A graduate of Clemson Uni
versity, where he was a member
of Phi Kappa Phi honorary so
ciety, Mr. Jackel will attend the
University of Georgia Law
School in' the fall.
He is the grandson of Mrs.
Esther Mandel, Long Island, N.Y.
Wilson-Warren
Mr. and Mrs. Israel David
Shapiro of Atlanta announce the
marriage of their daughter,
Dolores Shapiro Wilson, to Paul
Warren of Miami Beach.
The marriage took place in'
the small sanctuary of Temple
Beth Shoiem in Miami Beach
with Rabbi Leon Kronish offici
ating.
Honor attendants were the
couple’s children, Sharon, Beth
and Bruce Wilson, and Dana and
Jill Warren.
After a champagne brunch at
the Crystal House, Miami Beach,
Mr. and Mrs. Warren flew to
London and travelled through
Europe to Venice where they
boarded the S.S. Regina for a
cruise of the Greek Islands and
Israel. On their return they
will live in North Miami Beach.
