Harry Minkovitz announce the
marriage of their daughter, Joan,
to Marvin Yudell, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Abraham Yudell of
Baltimore. The wedding took
place July 26 at the Standard

The bride-elect is engaged in
post-graduate studies at Georgia

of Michigan. Also he received
his Masters of Business Admin

versity. At present he is a di

Jacquelyn Terman, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey A. Ter
man of Orlando, became the
bride of Michael Joseph Cohen,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Bennie G.
Cohen of Atlanta on June 21 at
the Ramada Inn West in Or
lando. Rabbi Morris Feldman of
ficiated.
Mrs. Erwin Wolfe, sister of
the bride, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Carolyn Mc
Kinney, Gene Dannemann and
Mrs. Steve Director.
Harold Cohen, brother of the
bridegroom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Mitchell Mar
tin and Edward Goldberg, both
cousins of the bridegroom, and
Howard Drecksler.
A reception and dinner fol
lowed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip along the
Gulf Coast, the couple will
reside in Houston, Tex.
Brueck-Lapidus
SAVANNAH—Mrs. Max Bru-
eck announces the engagement
of her daughter, Miss Elsa Bru-
eck, to Stanley Allen Lapidus,
son of Mr. and Mrs Sol Lap
idus of Plainsboro, N. J.
Miss Brueck is the daugh
ter of the late Max Brueck and
is presently attending Armstrong
State College.
A graduate of Youngstown
State University in Youngstown,
Ohio, Mr. Lapidus is presently •
stationed at Hunter Army Air
field. He is the grandson of Mr.
and Mrs. Barnet Lapidus of
Brooklyn.
A September 12 wedding is
planned at the Jewish Educa
tional Alliance.
Wilensky-Ravid
Miss Jane Gertrude Wilensky,
daughter of Mrs. Moses Carl
Wilensky and the late Dr. Wilen
sky of New Orleans La., was
married July 7 to Benjamin
Chaim Isaac Ravid, son of Mrs.
Simon Rawidowicz of .Waltham,
Mass, and the late Dr. Rawi
dowicz.
Chevra Thilim Synagogue was
the setting for the ceremony per
formed by Rabbi Benjamin, Gro-
ner assisted by Rabbi Joel S.
Geffen of New York and Rabbi
Earl Stone of Denver, uncles of
the bride; Rabbi David Geffen,
of Wilmington, Del., cousin of
the bride, and Rabbi Alan Letof-
sky of Charlottesville.
The bride was given in mar
riage by her brother, Dr. Jacob
T. Wilensky.

noon on September 6 at the

Sheraton Hotel.
Cribbs-Silver
Miriam Louise Cribbs, daugh
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon
Cribbs, became the bride of
Norman S. Silver, son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Silver,
on August 2 in ceremonies at the
Temple. Rabbi Phillip Posner of
ficiated.
Mrs. Robert K. Bell served as
her sister’s matron of honor and
bridesmaids were Mrs. Charles
H. Hall, another sister, Miss
Cindy Stamps, Mrs. Henry Og
den and Miss Mary Brice.
The bridegroom’s brother,
Marty Silver, was best man.
Ushers were Sidney Silver, also
a brother of the bridegroom,
Robert K. Bell, Paul Klein, Saul
Weinberg, N. Vic Topper and
Dr. Stanley Isaacson.'
Guests were served a buffet
dinner in the Temple social hall
following the wedding.
After a wedding trip to Las
Vegas, the couple will reside in
Atlanta.
Morgan-Kramer
Mr. and Mrs. Sol Davidson
Morgan of Atlanta announce the
engagement of their daughter,
Cheryl Dee, to Russell Howard
Kramer, son of Mr." and Mrs.
Milton Kramer.
Miss Morgan is the maternal
granddaughter of Mrs. Meyer
Rich and the late Mr. Rich. She
is the paternal granddaughter of
the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis
Morgan. She is now attending
Georgia State University where
she will receive her BS degree
in early elementary education. v
Mr. Kramer is the maternal
grandson of Mr?. Ann Brown
and the late Sam Brown of Lon
don. He is the paternal grandson
of Frank Krinetsky and the late
Mrs. Ida Krinsetsky. Mr. Kra
mer graduated from the Univer
sity of Georgia with a BS degree
in zoology. He was president of •
Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity, on
the. student senate and a mem
ber of Alpha Epsilon Delta pre
medical honor society. He will
attend the medical college of
Georgia in Augusta, in Septem
ber.
