Tangy Cheese Sticks
, Cheese is so versatile and so
good. You can utilize the many
varieties of cheese in eridlesS
ways. You can serve it as it is
or use cheese in cooking and
baking. When cheese ih used
for baking, the results are su
preme. The following recipe is
for piquant crisp stlfcks, aha two
different cheeses are used:
Cream cheese, which makes the
sticks flaky and melts in your
mouth, and Sharp CJied<Jar
\frhich adds the tanginew end
the rich color. The sticks are
woqdrcftil for entertainment,
arid keep well in a tightly closed
jar.
Two cups all purpose flour

Six os. sharp Cheddar cheese
one-half tap. Pali >
