Mr. and Mrs. Julius Levitt of
Atlanta announce the engage
ment of their daughter, Renee
Ellen, to Gerald Alan Feldman
of Boston.
The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Abe Levitt and
Mrs. Jacob Goodman.
Miss Levitt attended Georgia
State University where she was
vice president of Phi Sigma
Sigma. She attended Boston
University last summer. She is
currently empjpyed at Capitol
Foods.
Mr. Feldman is the grand
son of Phillip Feldman and Mrs.
Joseph Freidson.
Mr. Feldman graduated from
Tulane University where he re
ceived a BBA degree in busi
ness administration and was a
member of Tau Epsilon Phi He
is attending Emory University
where he will receive an MBA
degree in business administra
tion in June.
Mr. Feldman served as a cap
tain in the United States Army
in Viet Nam.
The wedding will take place
in June at the Ahavath Achim
Synagogue.

Miss Greenwald attended
Sophie Newcomb College in New
Orleans where she was a mem
ber of Alpha Epsilon Phi Soror
ity. She will graduate from the
University of Georgia with a
degree in mathematics educa
tion.
Mr. Blue was an exchange
student with the American Field
Service, and as a participant,
lived ip Sao Paul, Brazil.
He attended the University of
North Carolina in Chapel Hill
where he was a member of Zeta
Beta Tau fraternity. He now at
tends the Medical College of
Georgia in Augusta and is a
member of Phi Chi Medical fra
ternity.
The wedding is planned for
June in Birmingham, after
which the newlyweds will spend

David Haver of Atlanta an
nounces the engagement of his
daughter, Paula Marilyn Haver,
to Raymond Lee Chambers, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Binning P.
Chambers of Davis. Calif.
The bride-elect, daughter of
the late Mrs. Haver, was grad
uated from Oglethorpe College
and received a BA degree in
elementary education She also
received a masters degree in
education from Duke University
and is now employed by the
DeKalb County Board of Edu
cation.
Mrs. Chambers was graduated
from the University of Michigan
and received a BA degree in
political science. He also re
ceived his MA and plans to re
ceive his PhD in political sci
ence from Emory University in
August.
An August wedding is plann
ed.

Brenda Nanette Braun, daugh
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred
George Braun of Atlanta, be
came the bride of Samuel Rob
ert Graiser, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Mitchell Graiser of Decatur on
March 26 at the Temple in At
lanta. Rabbi Alvin Sugarman
officiated.
The bride was given in mar
riage by her father. Matron of
honor was Mrs. Sheldon W
Graiser of Atlanta. Bridal at
tendants were Mrs. William G.
Loventhal and Betty Kaplan
both from Atlanta.
The best man was Sheldon W.
Graiser, brother of the bride
groom. Groomsmen were Lee
Katz of Atlanta and Robert
Libby of Athens.
The reception was given by
the bride’s parents at Friend
ship Hall of the Temple. The
bride’s book was kept by Mrs,
Marvin Glick.
After a wedding trip to Gatlin-
burg, Tenn,, and North Caro
lina, Mr. and Mrs. Graiser will
live in Atlanta.
Mrs. Graiser is a graduate of
the University of Tampa. She is
employed by the Atlanta Public
School System, as an elemen
tary school teacher.
Mr. Graiser received his BS
degree from the University of
Georgia. In June he will receive
his master of science degree in
Zoology. He will then be em
ployed by the Center for Dis
ease Control in Atlanta.
Kantsiper-Travis
SAVANNAH— Mr. and Mrs.
Abram Kantsiper of Savannah
announce the engagement of
their daughter, Lynne Kantsiper,
to William Kenneth Travis, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Travis
of Atlanta.
Miss Kantsiper is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Dora Dubin of
Savannah and the late Ben
Dubin and the late Mr. and
Mrs. Harry Kantsiper.
She graduated cum laude
with a degree in elementary
education from the University
of Georgia where she was a
member of Delta Phi Epsilon
sorority, Kappa Delta Epsilon,
and Phi Kappa Phi honor so
ciety.
Mr. Travis is the grandson of
Mrs. Samuel Travis of Bridge
port, Conn., and Clearwater,
Fla., and the late Samuel Travis
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sam
Kingloff.
He graduated with a degree
in urban life from Georgia State
University where he was a
member of Alpha Tau Omega
fraternity, Omicron Delta Kappa,
and Phi Eta Sigma. He was
elected to Who’s Who in Amer
ican Colleges and Universities.
He is presently attending the
University of Georgia School of
Law.

Mr. and Mrs. Percy Cohen of
Albany announce the engage

Dean Cohen, to Rodney Scott
Cohen, son of Dr. and Mrs. Mil-

The bride-elect is a graduate
of the University of Georgia
where she was a member of
Delta Phi Epsilon. She is the
granddaughter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph M. Cohen of
Albany and Mrs. Herbert A.
Lamb and the late Mr. Lamb of
Tallahassee.
Mr. Cohen is the grandson of
Mrs. Nathan C. Cohen and the
late Mr. Cohen of Columbus, O.,
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Gurin. He attended DeKalb Jun
ior College and Georgia State
University and is associated with
the Atlanta Jewish Community
Center.
The wedding will be held
May 14 at the Ahavath Achim
Synagogue.
Weissman-Winn
Mr. and Mrs. David S. Weiss-
man of Miami Beach announce
the engagement of their daugh
ter Arleen to Leslie Robert
Winn, son of Mrs. Evelyn Wein
berg and the late Mandel Wein
berg of Chicago.
Miss Weissman, a graduate of
the University of Florida, is em
ployed by the Atlanta Board
of Education.
Mr. Winn is presently attend
ing Georgia State University.
He is employed by the City of
Atlanta. A June wedding is
planned.
