Beth Shalom Lists Fall Adult Studies
Congregation Beth Shalom
will begin a series of adult
education programs on Tuesday,
Oct. 26, to continue once
monthly in November, January,
February, March and April.
The overall theme of “What
Judaism Believes About .
will be discussed by various
community rabbis and by Dr.
Leon Spotts of the Bureau of
Jewish Education.
Rabbi Judah Mintz will lead
the October 26 discussion at 7
p.m. at the home of Fran and
Bob Travis, 1787 Fox Hollow,
Lilburn.
A covered dish supper will
precede each session. Each cou
ple attending is asked to bring
food for four people. In addition,
a charge of $5 per couple for the
entire six sessions covers the
coast of bread, beverages, etc.
