Synagogue sues Jews for duos
A synagogue can sue its members for delinquent dues, ac
cording to a Miami court ruling Tuesday.
Hie court awarded 890 to Beth Jacob synagogue for the
past due amount apparently owed by Mrs. Nina Kaufman,
who indicated “they’ll have to come get it.”
In his ruling, the judge said he agreed with Beth Jacob’s
rabbi who maintained that synagogues “have to be run like
a business.”
