Rosenberg Award event Zionist dinner honoring Elmo Ellis will feature Congressman Fowler Community leader and committee member Abe Goldatein con fer* with U.S. Rep. Wyche Fowler. Congressman Wyche Fowler will make his first public ad dress in Atlanta since election to the Fifth District Congressional seat at the April 28 Atlanta Zionist District Scholarship Dinner. Elmo I. Ellis, vice president and general manager of WSB Radio, will be presented with the Adolph Rosenberg Media Award at the seven o’clock dinner at the Peachtree Plaza Hotel. Atlanta newspapermen, radio and television per sonalities, and civic leaders are serving on the honorary com mittee for the dinner. Proceeds will be used to establish a per manent scholarship in tribute to Adolph Rosenberg, at the ZOA Kfar Silver High School in Israel. Honorary chairman is Jack Geldbart, editor and publisher of The Southern Israelite. Dr. Steve Baron is co-chairman. Media representatives on the honorary committee include Roz Abrams, WSB Radio, vice presi dent, Atlanta Press Club; Harold Davis, chairman of Georgia State University’s jour nalism department; William H. Degree for Kissinger WASHINGTON — At a special convocation and in vestiture ceremony held in Washington at the Madison Hotel, Dr. Henry A. Kissinger received the honorary degree pf Doctor of Philosophy from ti»e Weizmann Institute of Science.
