Stuart E. Eizenstat, assistant
to the president for domestic
affairs and policy, and
executive director of the
domestic policy staff in the
Carter administration, has been
appointed to the B’nai B'rith
Youth Commission.
Eizenstat, formerly of
Atlanta, now lives in Chevy
Chase, Md., and is a partner in
the Washington office of the
law firm of Powell, Goldstein,
Frazer and Murphy, with
whom he worked in Atlanta
from 1970-77.
He is the former vice
president of the Atlanta Bureau
of Jewish Education and past
member of the executive
committee of the Atlanta
Jewish Community Center.
National Council of Jewish Women, Atlanta Section members
Madge Ringbakk (left) and Ellen Schwartz display puppets
designed for a puppet show developed by the Family Outreach
Center, a joint project of Atlanta Section NCJW and the Fulton
County Department of Family and Children's Services.
The puppet show, available for elementary school children and
other groups in North Fulton County, was developed to educate
children about abusive situations which might occur and as a tool
for identifying children who are subject to child abuse and neglect.
