VfedtHnas & Engagements Gold berg-Pine Dr. and Mrs. Leo Pine of Atlanta announce the marriage of their daughter, Leah, to Steven Robert Goldberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Goldberg of Atlanta. The wedding took place Dec. 19 at Congregation Beth Jacob, with Rabbi Emanuel Feldman and Cantor Benjamin Sticfel officiating. The maid of honor was Lori ' Alperin. The matron of honor fvat Paula Nemith Gorlin. Bridesmaid was Deborah Goldberg, sister of the bridegroom. Best man was John Ginsberg. Groomsmen were Lcland Burke, and Joshua Pine and Jonah Pine, brothers of the bride. The bride is a graduate of the University of Georgia. The bridegroom is also a graduate of the University of Georgia and is employed as a reporter with the Macon Telegraph and News. Following the ceremony, a reception and luncheon was held at Beth Jacob. The couple is living in Perry, Ga. Teplis-Heaman Julia Ann Heaman and Robert Dean Teplis were married by Rabbi Fred Raskind in Roswell. The bride is the daughter of George and Dorothy Dyer of Jackson, Mich. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Teplis of Atlanta, and the grandson of Mrs. Miriam Blumbcrg and Mrs. Mary Teplis of Atlanta. The bride graduated from Michigan State University and is a C.L.U. with George Pike and Associates. The bride-groom graduated from the University of Georgia and is a self-employed * certified public accountant. The couple will live in Marietta. Mrs. JoAnne Reiss of Atlanta and Jake Reiss III of Birmingham, Ala., announce the marriage of their daughter, Lynne Ruth, to Scott W. Galanti, son of Mrs. Vivian Galanti of North Miami Beach and the late Mr. 1. N. Galanti. The wedding was held on Jan. 2 at the Northwest Hilton Inn, with Rabbi Robert Ichay officiating.^ Neil Galanti, brother of the bridegroom was best man, with Jake Reiss IV and Frank Reiss, brothers of the bride, attending as groomsmen. Marshall Leeds and Marshall Hyatt were ushers. Miss Linda Canter was the maid of honor and Mrs. Elaine Leeds, sister of the bridegroom, was the bridesmaid. The bride is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Hyman Zimmerman of Atlanta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Reiss Jr. of Mobile, Ala. The bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. N.l. Galanti of Atlanta and the late Mr. Galanti. The couple is living in Atlanta after a wedding trip to Lake Tahoe. Miss Antebi received her nursing degree at Georgia State University and is employed as a registered nurse at Emory University Hospital in the intensive care division. Dr. Kaplan is the grandson of Ben Kaplan and the late Dorothy Kaplan of Atlanta, and the late Mr and Mrs. George Carmin. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Duke University in North Carolina and Emory University Medical School. He will practice internal medicine specializing in pulmonology in Atlanta-.
