Special projects have highligh ted the campaign, and kept the momentum strong. Worker train ing set the tone, along with Fly-in and Washington Scene III; Super Sunday/Super Week brought hun dreds of volunteers on the phones and Buddy-Up Day brought Cam paign ’86 nearer to completion, while Operation Upgrade has be gun to set the stage for future cam paigns.
